We had several leaks in our old copper pipes and needed to re-pipe our house. Will gave us an estimate and some suggestions on things we should do while re-piping ( replacing 27 year old shower fixtures). He was very professional and thorough, so we decided to use him. The process went very well. Will kept us informed at all stages, worked very hard, made a point of cleaning up at the end of the day, and did an excellent job. He is the ultimate professional. He is knowledgeable and thorough. After his work was done, he left my condo in immaculate condition. My emergency experience with ER Plumbing was very positive. I had a leak in the expansion tank of my 13 year old water heater tank that is located in the attic and created severe water damage in my home. I called several plumbers that were recommended to me first thing in the morning after the incident. ER had Terry at my home approximately 1 hour after the call. I did not get call backs from the others until later in the day. Terry was very knowledgeable about the tankless system I wanted to purchase. He answered all of my questions fully and professionally. He provided a written proposal before leaving. I also had a positive experience with Melissa in the office. She was able to quickly resolve all commercial questions and get my installation scheduled immediately within 2 days. The system was installed by Terry and Will. The were extremely efficient, personable and able to answer all questions and trained us to program and operate the system properly. After install Melissa was able to schedule the county inspector inspection, my one year extension and send me the form to obtain an efficiency rebate from Piedmont Natural Gas. I would give 20 stars if I could! Excellent service, kind, professional, dependable, and respectful! There aren't enough words to say how truly grateful I am for The whole team. We had our entire house re-plumed due to a problem with leaking pipes. Dave came out and assessed our home, measured, took pictures and created a detailed plan for me on the spot. He also helped answer my questions over the phone and was readily available for any concerns. I had estimated from a total of 6 plumbing companies and none of them matched ER plumbing. Will was excellent as well! He kept me up to date during the entire project, answered my questions before I even asked, and worked hard long hours to get the job complete in ahead of schedule. I contacted E.R. Plumbing because I was familiar with their service while working with the ABC Board. The tech who responded to my need was
Leonard C. and he provided service as if the company was his. Leonard arrived earlier than I expected and promptly began to survey my problem as a main line blockage. He took the time to explain not only the problem but also explained in detail how he would fix it. I needed my kitchen sink and faucet plumbing reinstalled after getting new countertops. Jason and Nick were on time, efficient and professional. ER Plumbing was wonderful! Terry and Leonard were very professional and a true pleasure to work with. We just had a new side walk put in right next to where they had to dig, and they were able to complete the work without damaging the new sidewalk. They even cleaned up the side walk afterwords! Terry showed up on time and he began the effort to fix a problem with our plumbing that had been an issue since the unit was built over 10-yeras ago. He was faced with an major obstacle and he worked through it giving me updates as he went along. At first, we thought he was going to have to cut into an adjacent wall to access the shower tree but he saw a way to circumvent the problem and was able to make repairs without any invasive procedures. Terry's knowledge and experience shown through and he was my hero for the day. We are moving from a 3-story Townhome to a ranch style house and we will be calling on Terry and ER Plumbing Services again.
