Jason H(Pro Services) was very professional and courteous and acted quickly on his instincts and brought his tools and fixed the issue, even though he worked the whole day he didn't show any signs of lethargy and worked as if it was his first job of the day. He was efficient and fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the mess behind him. I would highly recommend ER Plumbing and specially Jason H(Pro Services). Good Job Guys. Keep up the good work. Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. He was super friendly in my time of crisis and it was much appreciated. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a friendly face let you know everything will be okay. Called ER Plumbing and they came out to inspect and repair a gas line inside the home that supplies the gas fireplace. A previous owner had disconnected the line and so we were unsure why and what needed to be done. The initial visit confirmed there was a leak in the line but after spending a couple of hours trying to isolate the problem it was determined that the leak was at the top of the attic outside where the line comes down the chimney and into the fireplace. Since the original plumber could not reach that height by himself, I had to check with the manager to schedule another appointment with a two-man crew and extra ladders. ER Plumbing provided me with an estimate of this work. I agreed and they arrived on time the second time and proceeded to replace part of the pipe where the leak was happening. They then air tested the line and when satisfied the leak was fixed they arranged for city inspector to check on it (the next day). After that ER Plumbing came back to complete the gas line hookup and even tried to get the gas fireplace up and running. They wery very expert in their work and did a great job. We had the gas fireplace running most of last winter with no problems at all. They were probably not the cheapest but I was not going to cut corners when it comes to gas line repairs inside my home. Mike Walker came to inspect an issue with water stain and dampness on the grout at the edge of my tilet in the kitchen beneath a window that I think may be seeping in from a leak in the plumbing outside. We are still working with my HOA to determine who will be responsible for any additional inspection/testing charges, but Mike was very knowledgeable about the situation and was great to discuss some other plumbing work I will need in the near future while he was here. We are very impressed with his demeanor, his willingness to explain everything to us, and his suggestions for future work we will need to have done in other areas of the town home soon. Excellent experience. No wonder ER Plumbing gets so many good reviews because they ARE good. I called late in the morning on a busy Friday and a pleasant "real person" answered the phone, and she scheduled me for Saturday at 8 am, their next available time slot. Trinity called before he arrived and was right on time. He diagonsed the problem and luckily had my unique flapper design in his truck. Trinity also checked my meter to make sure it was running before he left. Very peasant and professional personality and I trusted him. My water bill this month was huge so I tested my toilets with the food coloring method and found one of them had a leak. I called ER late Friday morning after reading all the good reviews on Angie's List. Saturday at 8 am sharp, Trinity Helms arrived and fortunately had the part I needed in his truck. (My flapper is unique.) He quickly fixed the toilet and checked my meter to make sure it was not running. It was an excellent experience. AND they accept credit cards. Jeff was amazing. Came fast, explained everything upfront. Needed a new water heater. System was 16 years old was time anyway. Found ER through Chamber of Commerce website so knew I wouldn't have any issues. Told me price, went to get parts came back within an hour as he said he would. Started working. drop cloths we even recently washed I could smell the fabric softener. Went on his way draining system not a sound. Went to go get kids from school and there he is running the water to test to make sure it worked. Amazing work, friendly a true gentleman. Thank you Jeff, you've earned my business for life. Trinity arrived to fix a mysterious whistling sound in the bathroom area. Although I had it on video he knew right what to listen for in the toilet. Terry and ER Plumbing are the best. They have worked on many plumbing upgrades and fixes at my house and always do it in a very professional manner. Dave has come out and consulted and provided estimates and Terry has done the majority of the work. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in all the work he does and if anything out of the normal needs to be done he always has a way to get the job completely successfully. He is always on time and never leaves a mess and is very conscientious he is working in someones living space. For my current project Trinity came to assist Terry. Recently, had my Rinnai tankless hot water heater serviced by ER Plumbing and their service tech, Richard. Richard was prompt and on time, as well as being very professional. We had a leak in our house, I had tried to find it myself but I had to call ER Plumbing Services. This was our first time using them, Richard arrived on time and was a true professional. The spot the leak was in was in a very strange place. His recommendation was to get a restoration company to come out and find the leak to save from punching unnecessary holes in the ceiling and wall. He said he would come back the same day and fix the leak once it was found. True to his word Richard came back after I called and showed up quickly. He fixed the damaged water line and made his fix so that stress was relieved from the pipe. He showed me everything he had done. There was no mess, he did excellent work, and he was a really great guy to talk to, a real down to earth fella. I asked him some questions about tankless water heaters and he explained everything to me very well.

I chose ER Plumbing Company to install a tankless water heater at my house a few years ago. After using the system for a while, I knew I wanted to get hot water to each of the bathrooms and kitchen sink faster to avoid wasting water while waiting for the warm/hot water to come on. The incredible conscientiousness and service provided by the owner, Dave Parker, and the serviceman Richard Perreira has won both my appreciation and admiration. The ingenuity and perseverance of that team led to the installation of new switches for the Metlund pump. Now I have hot water at the touch of a button, and the quality of the work is as impressive aesthetically as it is functionally. If I were to come up with a motto for this company it would be: "We will get it right, and that's a promise!" They have kept their promise for me.

Jeff did a fantastic job fixing a leaky T-joint under my house. He started by finding and digging up my water meter. Then he not only just fixed the joint- he replaced the old pipe, threw out unnecessary pipe from the old water source, and rigged it so that it would be more stable and my spigot wouldn't move around. The water/sewer was draining very slowly from my townhome and after several days of trying to correct the problem on my own, I reached out to HOA Mgmt. Co. & they directed me to contact ER Plumbing Services. My appt. was Sat. 8/13/16 and the plumber was Jeff M. Jeff was very courteous and professional. He listened patiently to my story of the problem. Jeff consulted his office and they decided a camera needed to be put down the pipe outside and when the camera could not go any further, he advised me that he needed to snake the line. This could be very costly but I was able to promptly reach the President of my HOA while Jeff was still onsite. The work was immediately authorized to be done. Within 30 mins. or less, the problems were discovered: tree roots invading the terra cotta pipe and the pipe was broken. He documented detailed notes on his report that was submitted to his employer of which our management company (Cedar Mgmt.) will follow up with my HOA. Jeff was very knowledgeable and explained what he found and even let me see the problem on the screen hooked up to the camera. Even though he cleared the line, he stated the permanent fix was to have the terra cotta pipe replaced. He advised of precautions to take until the fix could be done.
