I would like to give a special thank you to my Service Pro……Trinity Helms. A very high rating to Mr. Helms. He arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment. Mr. Helms was very professional in every sense of the word. He was very confident in his job and was very thorough in explaining what services were needed. Mr. Helms left several “fyi†tips for me that will help me in the future. Upon arriving to work I was telling my co-workers about the services received. They asked if I had a business card and told me to be sure and hold on to the card in case they needed these type services. In looking for a Plumbing Service I wasn’t sure who to call. I saw one company’s advertisement on TV and thought I would contact them. However, before leaving for work earlier this week, I noticed the ER Plumbing advertisement. I decided to check both companies website for more information. I would like it say that ER Plumbing’s website really impressed me. We chose ER Plumbing based on reviews and we weren't disappointed. We were fortunate enough to have Garrett come out to move some pre-existing plumbing and he did a fantastic job. He showed up on time, did a quick, clean and thorough job, and was extremely personable and fun to chat with. We'll be calling on him when we decide to change up our master bath, as well! Everyone at ER Plumbing has been terrific. I've had 2 or 3 plumbing needs in the past year. The schedulers are always pleasant an the plumbers are just as pleasant. Trinity Helms was 10 minutes early for the appointment and conducted the entire repair in a professional manner. He was very conscious of keeping the work area free of debris, and cleaned the area when finished. He is quite knowledgeable about his profession and is courteous as well. Jason and the ER Plumbing team did a superb job handling the replacement of my water heater and various other routine maintenance items in my home. Whether replacing the water heater of fixing a leaky faucet no job was too small or unimportant. I contacted ER Plumbing a few months ago because my normal contractor was unable to provide the service at the time. Where do I begin? Mike Walker is without a doubt the most affable, knowledgeable technician that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is totally on his game. His attitude is second to none. His advice is to be heeded. Not only does he solve the problems, BUT advises and helps you maintain future plumbing issues. Plumbers in general get a bad rap about being costly, messy and without personality. Not the case with ER who in general do their job and without pushing the panic button, and also without looking at a problem as if it is fatal and without solution. The best way I can describe Mike Walker in particular is that ER should tuck him in bed at night. If he elected to ever leave, I would personally probably go into cardiac arrest.
