We have been with ER plumbing for over 8 years and have always had outstanding service from this company. Terry has always serviced our gas logs at least once per year usually in the fall or winter as preventive maintenance. He has always done an outstanding and will bring any problems to us to insure that the logs are performing as designed. He is not only an outstanding employee but also an individual. ER Plumbing provided a great experience when my sewer line was damaged by contractors installing internet lines in my yard. Jason H came out late on a Sunday and did all he could do the first night. As promised, he came out early the next morning and not only did he and Leonard fix the line, he helped me negotiate with the contractors who caused the issue to pay for the project. I called with a problem with a water line and Mike W. came out to diagnose and remedy the problem. He then went out of his way to go through our home and check all the bathrooms, water heaters and sub pump along with the existing water pipes in the house to make sure everything was good to go! He was very thorough, made some recommendations and was a true pleasure to work with, I will call him from now on with all plumbing needs! Love the response time and complete dedication of his work! I highly recommend E. R. Plumbing Services. Our hot water heater broke and the professionals there from office management to service delivery did an awesome job, both from explaining my options and features/functions to performing a professional installation to answering any and all post delivery questions. I contacted ER Plumbing for numerous projects in my home. I took time off considering the window I was given and expected to have a service tech around for a number of hours. Jason came in and got to work right away. He fixed a minor project within minutes and the major work in under an hour. In other words... lightning fast. I needed help at my elderly fathers home to fix a problem that electricians accidentally created. ER was called. Jeff M. was the one sent. Jeff fixed the problem and as we spoke and just carried on conversation we found similarities in our lives. Jeff showed me things that I knew were not looking well with dad's plumbing and explained what was happening. After fixing the initial problem Jeff and I discussed him coming back for the issues. I requested Jeff come back and was completely satisfied with the company understanding my situation and wanting him because he had first hand knowledge of the problems he would be coming to fix. While handling that problem I asked Jeff to look at a drainage issue with dad's dryer. It was not a simple thing. I understood and knew he was telling the truth from my own attempts to fix it. We decided he would need a whole day. I again requested him to be sent to fix it and as of today all the problems and potential future issues that needed immediate attention are handled and after explaining and both of us discussing some things we found I've found out what was done incorrectly at some point in the past and no what I'm looking for as issues going forward but how easy it should be to transition the system to a more upgraded one. The assistance, timely and friendly, not taking into account a friendship formed, was way above any expectations I had. My father now can wash clothes if he needed but the feelings of potential problems I knew were there being fixed quickly and very professionally is a rare thing these days. Jeff M. 11/11/16 |

This company is a dream to work with. I'd give them an a-plus if I could. After a bad experience with another company, I called ER Plumbing for the repair. They could not get out that day, but the CSR let me talk to the on-duty technician. I'd turned off the water to my whole house, and he told me how to turn it off just to the affected area so I had water in the rest of the house. Appointment was set for the following day. They let me knoe when the technician was on the way, and he showed up exactly on time. The repair was done quickly and well. The technician was couretous and respectful. The price was resonable. I called on a Friday evening after I came home from work and found that I had not hot water. Jason from ER Plumbing was three in lesss than an hour, quickly diagnosed my problem (Thermocouple needed replacement), explained the issue and cost for replacement, and had it repaired promptly. While he was there, I remembered that I had a leaky Delta bathroom faucet and he repaired that as well. I am extremely pleased wityh his professionalism and skill. I had ER Plumbing come out to give me a 2nd opinon on a sewer line issue. They ran a 'scope' on the line. Their findings did not agree with what I had heard from the 1st plumber. The ER plumber explained the situation to me in very concise terms and resolved any concerns about having an on going problem. Basically, I would have moved forward with the other plumber incurring a large expense as well as destroying a good portion of my flower bed and porch in the process.
