No question this is a 5 star review. Leonard cam this morning to fix my disposal. Unfortunately I needed a new one. Leonard explained what was wrong and what a new one would cost and then installed it. He is a true professional. I will ask for him next time I need some help. I found ER Plumbing on my phone yesterday when 2 other plumbers did not return my calls. The receptionist found a time for me and was very courteous. Another outstanding local company. This firm and its personnel understand that when you need a plumber, you need one ASAP. They may not have an opening on the book until the next day or so, but they (more specifically, Deborah) will do their darned best to work you in sooner. And when they tell you to expect someone you can bet that technician will arrive on time and do a meticulous job taking extra care not soil or damage your property.
Now I am typically a D-I-Y type of guy but I stopped trying to remedy our plumbing problems after the first time I called E R. They make plumbing emergencies a pleasure and that's not something you hear very often. This was my third experience and it was just like the two before, Reggie made it an excellent one.
E R Plumbing's pricing is more than competitive when you consider they actually answer their phones and dispatch techs to attend your job. Like others have commented, it can be difficult to even reach a lot of local plumbing firms because their calls are directed to voice mail or a technician in the field--they promise to call you back when they can, but they never do.
When the E R tech arrives, they assess the problem and clearly explain it as well as the cost of repair. No unexpected add-on fees or last minute billing surprises. They take time to answer questions and offer free advise how to avoid repeats of the issue and point out solutions for any impending problems that catch their eye in the process. ER Plumbing always responds promptly to my problems. I've used them for 19 years and wouldn't consider calling anyone else. On the most recent visit, Garrett arrived promptly, assessed the problem, explained how he would solve it and patiently began to work. Thanks to Richard's quick response and plumbing expertise, I was able to shower and shave. He came to repair a do it yourself plumbing job that went awry. After finishing my work, the lever of my indoor turnoff-on valve broke off in my hand when I tried to turn the system back on to test for leaks. Fortunately, the valve wasn't half on. He installed a new valve with a lever that works smoothly, and inspected my work, and applied the necessary adjustments. I've used ER Plumbing in the past, and commend their work. We had a problem with weak water pressure from our kitchen faucet. Two other plumbers were not successful in resolving the issue. Jeff did a great job in locating the problem and correcting it. Now we have full water pressure in our kitchen.

ER Plumbing Services provided prompt professional service. Leonard, the service tech found the leak, dug it out and performed the repair quickly, effectively and professionally. Both the dispatcher and service team were courteous and easy to work with. My only negative comment may be at 'emergency' service ER Plumbing provides comes at a premium- the bill was higher than I expected. My inexperience with plumbing costs may be at fault here. Richard came to my house very quickly and he studied my problem. There were other reputable companies that did not have the expertise to complete this job. I appreciated their candor and support. They lead me to E.R. Plumbing Services.
I was so relieved by E.R. Plumbing and Richard in particular. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed the task within a good time frame and it was cost-effective. I had been given a huge range for the job by more than one company. The cost was more than reasonable.

I had two old leaky shower valves. I changed the o rings and washers, but the brass stem components were worn, pitted and still leaky. The stem components were late 60s vintage and not available at local hardware stores. I did not have a model number for the valve set. I called ER Plumbing. Scheduling was easy and I got next day service. Richard removed the old valve set, found a replacement set at a plumbing wholesaler and replaced my valve set. He did all of this in about one hour. We had a water leak from our disposal, called and spoke to Deborah, our call was not an emergency but approximately an hour later Richard was at our door. I submitted a request for quotes (via Yelp) to multiple services in the area. E R Plumbing was the first to reply and were completely in line with the other, eventual quotes I received (or lower in some cases). The owner of the company, David, remained in contact with me via Yelp message until I could speak to someone in the office. It was after hours so I was unsure what our options were but they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, and our water back on. Unfortunately, as the evening wouldn't work for us, we asked what they could do the next day. At first the earliest available time was 1-3 but Deborah worked with the schedule and made an appointment for 8:00-8:30am because she knew we were without water.
Reggie arrived right on time and got to work quickly. We had our water back on in 30-minutes and all was once again right with the world. He was pleasant and personable and went over everything to make sure we were satisfied.
