I was looking to have a water filtration system installed to remove all the chlorine that is in my city water. Lance at ER came out and did my free estimate and eventually the install. (I research several other companies). Lance was very professional and did a great job. There staff is well trained and the company does continuing education for all its employees. I recently had several frustrating plumbing issues at my house but with the help and expertise of Mike with E.R. Plumbing Services, the issues were taken care of quickly. I was extremely impressed with how Mike cared so much about making sure that all of the issues were resolved and that I was completely satisfied. He was very helpful in educating me about what the issues were and how to avoid them in the future. The cost of the work was definitely reasonable and it was nice to work with someone whose goal wasn't to get the most money out of me. Mike made a terrible situation a painless and easy process. ER Plumbing is superior to any other plumbers I've used in the Charlotte/Matthews area. I have an older home and I've been calling on ER for various odd plumbing issues for at least 3 years now. They have the friendliest and most professional plumbers, and everyone I've interacted with from ER is a honest and communicative problem solver. Most recently we've had Boyce, Jeff and Trinity out to fix a huge water leak. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. When we noticed some low pressure issues in our line resulting from the work, they promptly showed back up the next day and resolved that too. After working with him on a couple projects now, I have the impression that Boyce is something of a "plumber's plumber." I can count on him to explain exactly what he's doing and why in terms I can understand and trust. Once, a few years ago, while working on a drain issue we were having, he found a previous plumber's (from a different company) mistake which was contributing to our problem! With service like this from ER it's no surprise they have the slogan "Serviced Once, Client for Life." That's certainly true in my case! ER Plumbing Services fixed my water lines underneath my house 4 years ago and I was impressed with the quality of work from Jeff Malone that I called them again this time for a tankless gas water heater which they installed today after the President of the Company, Dave Parker came out to my house and went over everything. Terry came first and started working on installing the water heater and I was impressed with his work skills and how he organized his service truck. He did an excellent job piping up all the appliances including the gas logs and I watched him all day and learned a few plumber tricks myself. Garrett came out mid day and helped Terry with the remainder of the work and he did a good job as well. Both men will come back and finish the startup of the generator, hot water heater, and fireplace logs when I'm ready after the inspections, etc. I'm going to let them fix my bath tub drain issue, since they know how to do it and I trust them to do it right. I noticed the sign on their truck which right on: "service once customer forever" and this is what you when when you choose ERP. What I thought was just a minor clog in the kitchen sink turned out to be a major problem originating from the master bedroom. Two other plumbing companies were unable to diagnose the problem, they gave up! ER worked tirelessly. Dave Parker the President of the company was very courteous all through. He sent out his professional plumbers with all the machines, including a special camera to try and identify the location and the object that was causing the backup to the kitchen sink. Because I was at work, Dave called me periodically to update me of the progress. So far they have identified the problem and because it will involve a lot of money and the insurance could not cover as it is a "maintenance issue I am holding on until I can get some funds to have the work completed. I truly have a lot of respect for this company. I am sure it will be an expensive project but I have all the confidence that E.R will do a great JOB! A rating for sure! Jeff M., Mike E. 01/07/16 |

had my hot water heater quit working and it was out of warranty, so, I looked on Yelp and found this company. I called them up and they had somebody out within a couple of hours. They also did a call back to let me know the technician was on his way. My technician, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Service take came to move a gas line for the stove to make room for a new slide in oven. Tech was very nice, but paid over $300 for about an hour for one person. It was actually a two man job to take out the over and put it back, which I ended up having to help with since he was alone. My neighbors recommended ER Plumbing to reconnect my disposal and kitchen faucet. They were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Jason showed up on time and was very professional and pleasant. I put in an oversized sink when my countertops were replaced and was afraid my disposal would no longer fit.
