I had a shower temp control cartridge go out suddenly on Sunday night and the water would not longer turn off. Had to turn entire house water off, so I called E R Plumbing and talked to Trinity. He worked with me before coming out, in case it was something relatively simple that would save me money. It wasn't in this case and he was out, had the installation complete and gone inside of two hours. Staff was polite on the phone, Trinity was very professional and friendly. I called ER Plumbing to get a quote on replacing my water heater. I found them on Angie's List and they were very highly rated. The were quick and courteous on all communications and gave me a quote via e-mail when I sent a picture of my existing water heater. They showed up right when they said they would and the plumber, Trinity Helms, was professional, friendly and did an outstanding job. We have had ER Plumbing out to our building several times and they are always on time, honest and they get the job done correctly without trying to up-charge us. I want to give a shout out to Terri from ER Plumbing. I've known Terri for at least 20 years. He is ALWAYS is professional, courteous, considerate, and he knows exactly what he is doing! He has crawled under my very tight crawl space to repair a significant gas leak, and he has repaired my gas logs several times, most recently for a gas leak as well. He is a true gentleman, and it's always a pleasure to talk with him, and to benefit from his professional service. Thank you, Terri. We have also used ER Plumbing for over 30 years. My voicemail was returned promptly and an appt was set for the next day. Plumber arrived exactly on time. He scoped out the problem, gave me a quote and upon my approval, set right to work. Entire job took approx 1-1/2 hrs and my kitchen drain was cleared and running cleanly. I thought the cost was typical of what you would expect. The gentleman that performed the work was polite and professional and make sure all my plumbing connections were tight and there were no leaks under my sink. I would defintely hire them again. Jeff Malone from ER Plumbing Services is a technician I can trust. He has fixed leaky toilets, replaced toilets with more water conservative ones, replaced shower heads, and his latest was that he replaced the turn on and off valve for the shower in the master bathroom. He's replaced kitchen spigots for me. Whatever plumbing need I have, ER Plumbing takes care of it. My favorite technician is Jeff Malone because he is honest, efficient, and dependable/ He cares about each one of his customers. Jeff Malone, from ER Plumbing Services came to install my new Kohler Faucet/Sprayer and to install 1 Fire Hydrant handheld shower head in each of our bathrooms.
I like for Jeff to come because he is knowledgeable, skillful, and efficient. He did a great job of installing the Kohler kitchen faucet/sprayer. It doesn't leak. It has a fine focused spray. He told me it was well-made because the inner parts were made of Brass rather than plastic like the one that broke and replaced.
He installed the two bathroom handheld shower heads. So far they are working well.
He has installed toilets for us, stopped leaks of faucets to our master tub, and is very dependable. He takes pride in doing the job right. Thanks Jeff Malone. Thanks, ER Plumbing for having such a skillful technician working for you.

I had several plumbing issues that required attention. My ER technician, Mike W., arrived on time. He completed the neede repairs quickly and precisely, which kept the repair cost down. In addition, he provided valuable input on a project that I was considering, giving me an option that I hadn't considered, which will solve the problem with much less expense. When I am ready to have this completed, Mike will be doing the work!

Mike was very personable and I felt very comfortable with him. He explained everything very clearly and help me trouble shoot our needs vs. things that may need to wait on. I appreciated him telling me other things he noticed under house that we needed to have looked at; those being things that didn't require his work. The service was excellent. I received a phone call prior to the technician showing up at my house. Trinity arrived shortly after - at the beginning of the time window given, which was much appreciated. He was polite, knowledgeable, and let me know what he did to fix my leaking kitchen faucet. He also made a few recommendations for things that might cause problems down the road.

We had the gas turned off on our water heater and needed a plumber right away. We called and was told Terry would be here within 3 hours. Terry got here, checked out the situation, he had to go to the warehouse and get some parts. He returned and fixed the water heater and turned the gas back on. I had a terrific experience with ER Plumbing. After getting stood up by another local Charlotte plumber - I called ER at 10:30pm last night - requesting a next day appointment. I was called promptly at 8:30am this morning. We scheduled an appointment for 11-1pm. I got a call back minutes later - asking to if we could do it earlier? Sweet. Mike E showed up approximately 10am - and had my issue fixed within 20 minutes. Super professional, very capable, and asked questions insuring everything was taken care of satisfactorily. Heck - he even left a $20 coupon for the next time we need plumbing services. I'd hire him (and ER Plumbing) again, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for prompt, excellent service.

Awesome job! I requested a quote at 10pm, got a response at 6am, traded a few messages and by 7:45am had someone scheduled to come out and replace my water heater. As a bonus, the job was complete by Noon the same day! Terry our technician was awesome, explained everything that he was doing and gave me tips on extending the life of the heater. Dave with home I initially traded messages with provided a quote after I sent him a picture of our old water heater and it was exactly as quoted down to the penny....not to mention about $700 cheaper than what one of LARGE HVAC/Plumbing companies quoted (you know, the ones with expensive commercials). I needed to have my water heater replaced in my attic. And after 3 other companies quotes ER Plumbing was the best value. They were referred to me by a friend and I was not disappointed. The owner came out early before I had to go to work for a quote and were able to install it in the time frame I needed.
