Jeff Malone, from ER Plumbing Services came to install my new Kohler Faucet/Sprayer and to install 1 Fire Hydrant handheld shower head in each of our bathrooms.
I like for Jeff to come because he is knowledgeable, skillful, and efficient. He did a great job of installing the Kohler kitchen faucet/sprayer. It doesn't leak. It has a fine focused spray. He told me it was well-made because the inner parts were made of Brass rather than plastic like the one that broke and replaced.
He installed the two bathroom handheld shower heads. So far they are working well.
He has installed toilets for us, stopped leaks of faucets to our master tub, and is very dependable. He takes pride in doing the job right. Thanks Jeff Malone. Thanks, ER Plumbing for having such a skillful technician working for you. Jeff M. 02/12/16 |

We had a leak in the garage near our hot water tank. The technician arrived in a reasonable time, investigated the problem, explained what had to be done and told us the cost to do the work and how long it would take to complete the job. The leak was found in the pipe between the wall. An appointment was made for the next day. The leak was repaired and a new hot water tank was installed. Other questions were answered. We tried ER Plumbing after using some of the other big name plumbers in the area and being disappointed. ER was responsive when I called about our issue and they communicated the status of the field tech, Boyce, effectively. Great company to deal with from beginning to end! I received a very fair quote from ER Plumbing and then limped along on a slow leaking Water Heater. The leak got worse and I called them and they were out here the SAME day to replace the Water Heater. Reggie was a professional and quality technician and had me hot water quickly. All work was done in a very professional manner and Reggie cleaned up the mess from the old leaking WH and left things spic and span. ER Plumbing will remain #1 on my list for plumbing needs. Wow...finally a company and technician (Richard P) who deliver more than they promise. I used a general contractor during my home remodeling and installed two tankless water heaters. I called him back numerous times due to lack of hot water, system error codes and overall poor system performance. When the cold weather set in early in January the warm water disappeared altogether. I called another contractor in after checking with the local gas company for authorized service techs and his solution was to reposition the units to separate places in the house and re-pipe the supply lines at a cost of thousands. I decided to get a second opinion and found ER Plumbing on the manufacturers website. I scheduled an appointment and Richard P arrived on time and in uniform. He took some time to get the history of the problem from me, looked through the house to see for himself where the hot water is needed and then conducted a few tests on the hot water system to determine where the problem might be. As Richard conducted one of the last tests I went to the farthest bathroom from the unit and turned on the hot water....voila! Hot water....and I mean HOT water....for the first time. In what turned out to be a very complicated problem with gas pressure, gas regulators and pipe sizes Richard figured out the problem was not enough gas pressure and designed a fix to deliver the proper amount of gas to each unit. Excellent troubleshooting skills. When he left that day we had hot water for the entire house using only one unit and plan from Richard to return and complete the fix with some parts he had to get. When he returned that Monday to complete the fix it turned out the entire gas supply to the house was regulated in such a way that only one tankless system could operate. Richard again designed a fix. Using another regulator and some dedicated piping Richard delivered the needed amount of gas to each unit while not changing the gas supply to the rest of the house. A truly professional plumber makes a difference, whether you have a little leak or a major plumbing need. You want to know an experienced, well-trained person is on the job. And sometimes that means help on a weekend or late night. Since my husband died a few years ago, Dave Parker's E.R. Plumbing Services has fixed problems large and small, including a late night trip for a pilot light that went out. Most recently, two days before leaving for Thanksgiving in Europe, my water heater began leaking. Dave had me take pictures of and measure my existing unit so he could get the right replacement. The job was complicated by the need to replace venting. Terry, who has taken care of other work at my house, and an apprentice were careful to protect flooring and get the new heater installed tested and working. Richard P came to repair hot water line from dishwasher to hot water connection in my old house and he did an outstanding job that no one would touch but an experienced and dedicated employee. He was very efficient and explained each step of the process. I would highly recommend his service to anyone with plumbing problems in our area.
