Leonard C came out, was on time and did a fantastic job. He was neat, personable and fixed my screw up in short order. I use this company because they know what they are doing. You can hire a jack leg plumber and pay a little less but it will cost you more in the long run. Our neighborhood association uses ER and we receive great service especially in an emergency. We just had Will O. of ER Plumbing come to our home and fix several plumbing issues. Needless to say, I had to try all the "internet fix it" sites first to no good result. Then my wife did the smart thing, she called a professional. Will came out ON TIME, listened to our concerns, and explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. Then, HE DID. All plumbing issues are resolved. Not only did Will do a great job, but he did so in a courteous, friendly manner. I wanted to commend Terry S. for his prompt and professional service. I had a Rinnai Tankless water heater installed today and could not be more pleased. ER Plumbing was quick to respond to my urgent need to replace a tank water heater and did the job as promised within 24 hours of receiving an estimate. Garrett was ER Plumbing came out recently in quick response to an urgent and mysterious leak. He quickly helped to locate the source of the leak, and to stop it. He also helped problem-solve as to why the leak occurred in the first place and quickly dealt with that issue. He was extremely polite and tidy, and answered all of our many questions. Prices were reasonable for responsive and professional service. We had used ER for another extremely large plumbing issues (10) years ago - they were just as professional and quickly available then. Mike Walker from ER Plumbing was at our house twice recently. He quickly diagnosed our problems, offered choices for solutions, and gave honest advice when we asked. He is professional, courteous, extremely capable, and even very patient with my annoying pets! Two friends came when he was here and both asked for his card. I would gladly recommend Mine Walker to anyone and we have requested that ER Plumbing ask him to come if and when we call again. We sincerely appreciate the quality of work he did in our home. ER Plumbing Services came through when needed for my main sewer line back up. My service tech, actually service pro, was Robin. He was very knowledgeable in his work and very professional. Late day/evening on a Saturday I thought that I would not have much luck getting someone out to address my issue. I was wrong. When I called ER I scheduled a tech to come out they said "no problem, we'll be there". They called ahead to let me know he was close. Robin showed up with a fully stocked van and had no problems clearing my drain line. Hope I don't need the service again but if I do ER Plumbing Service will be my 1st and only call. Will arrived at 8 am and finished 1:30 pm and did an amazing job. Will was being personal, professional, answered all our questions and left the yard in great shape. Mike W did a great job for me. I had completely overworked my garbage disposal and it was flooding my kitchen floor. I called at 10 pm on a Friday night and had everything perfect again by noon the next day, no problem. He also left me some great tips on making my disposal last as long as possible. Will O. Is on his game! He is very thorough and his personality shines as he explains what he is doing at every step. Further he suggests ways to avoid similar issues in the future. is clear, Will is a seasoned plumbing professional.
While fixing a complex laundry room drain issue in our very old house, he stayed late into the evening until no more progress could be made. The next day arrived early to finish the job and left the room cleaner than when he arrived!

ER Plumbing is superior to any other plumbers I've used in the Charlotte/Matthews area. I have an older home and I've been calling on ER for various odd plumbing issues for at least 3 years now. They have the friendliest and most professional plumbers, and everyone I've interacted with from ER is a honest and communicative problem solver. Most recently we've had Boyce, Jeff and Trinity out to fix a huge water leak. They fixed it quickly and efficiently. When we noticed some low pressure issues in our line resulting from the work, they promptly showed back up the next day and resolved that too. After working with him on a couple projects now, I have the impression that Boyce is something of a "plumber's plumber." I can count on him to explain exactly what he's doing and why in terms I can understand and trust. Once, a few years ago, while working on a drain issue we were having, he found a previous plumber's (from a different company) mistake which was contributing to our problem! With service like this from ER it's no surprise they have the slogan "Serviced Once, Client for Life." That's certainly true in my case! I really trust these folks, and even though I hate having plumbing issues, I'm certainly thankful that I can rely on ER to help me fix them.

I called ER Plumbing due to a leak that was found when someone came out to work on my AC. Garrett came out and was extremely professional and courteous. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain what lead to the leak and point out things I needed to consider going forward with the type of pipe I have. He was not pushy and did not try and have me do anything on the spot. I will use ER Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional plumbing company. Had a water leak, my electrician recommended ER Plumbing. He gave them my info and they called me within 15 minutes and then they sent out Mike E. to do the repair in an hour. Our water main broke! We received 5 estimates from various plumbing companies, and decided to go with ER Plumbing. Mike W. from ER Plumbing worked us in the next day! He completed the work, and very step of the way he kept us informed. He explained how and why he suggested additional protective measures such as adding an extra shut off valve, etc which none of the other plumbers suggested and would have added to their estimates. Even though we could have gotten away with a "cheaper" repair through another plumbing company, we were so impressed with Mike's knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help that it was obvious that ER Plumbing was the right choice!
