Great experience. They quoted me over the phone for the estimated cost of the water heater replacement which was half the cost (YES HALF) of the other quote I received from one of the BIG Companies you hear about. They promptly arrived to do the work and confirmed the phone quote was valid and there was no upselling. Nick and Josh were very professional and responsible. I called in this morning and Joe was there by 2pm. He quickly checked my drain pipe access and had the roots snaked out within an hour. He was very courteous and explained that what he was able to do was a temporary fix as I had roots in the pipes. Water heater started leaking day after Thanksgiving. Called my plumber and left message. Patient! When I didn't get a return call by Monday I Googled plumbers and tried ER in Matthews.
Jason H may be the best plumber I've ever worked with. Awesome job tearing out 2 old heaters and a rats nest of pipes and vents, replacing with a new 50 gallon heater and a clean look. Even gained storage. All done in a couple of hours.

ER Plumbing Services is by far the best service in town! We are in a relatively new house and wanted the garbage disposal switched from the left sink to the sink on the right side; we also needed the "wobble" in the toilet fixed. The plumber sent to us was "Joe" and he not only gave us a quote before starting the work, but did everything we asked of him in a VERY short time! We faced an emergency on Thanksgiving with a family full of guests. The waste leaving our house was coming up out of the "clean out" of our pipe leaving the house. It was a mess. I reached somebody from ER Plumbing right away and a plumber, Joe, called back within 5 minutes. He was at our house within an hour and quickly took care of our issue. Had a 22 year old water heater that was working but leaking. Leonard came out to take a look on Friday, arriving during the time window I was given. He was knowledgeable and polite, recommended a replacement unit and gave me a price quote. We set up a time for the replacement. On Monday morning at 8:30 he and Garrett arrived promptly and got to work. The water heater was upstairs. They were very careful about not damaging the stairs or the ceilings below when draining and carrying the old unit out (in a bag to prevent dripping). They answered all my questions. Before I knew it, the new heater was installed along with a new shut-off valve and it was up and running. The charge was exactly what I had expected. Mike came out to solve a mysterious but loud grinding noise coming from under our toilet. We had guests that included several 2 year olds so my fear was there was a toy stuck in there somewhere. Within minutes, Mike had turned this and turned that and my problem was fixed very quickly. It turned out to be less of a problem that I thought, but as he said, "it's better to be safe than sorry!" I purchased a gas barbecue grill and needed to have it hooked up to my gas outlet on the patio. We were very satisfied with our service call. Mike was able to do the preventative maintenance of our tankless water heater and also correct an issue where something had not been properly connected when originally installed by another plumber. He took the time to explain the issue and fixed the problem so now we have almost instant hot water instead of waiting several minutes for it to get hot. He was professional and reasonably priced.
