Very smooth and professional. I've used cowboy movers before and have been and that's why I asked for them again. Jorge and KB were clear and concise in how they wanted to approach putting things on the truck, going over what the plan was, and where they would drop everything off. Lastly, they are hard workers and got the job done in the time that was estimated when I called to get the estimate. It doesn't get much better than that. Cowboy Moving and Storage made our move seamless and stress free. Jaylen, Maricruz and Debbie were so very helpful figuring out our amount of furniture, how many movers needed and exactly which truck would be the best for our move. The crew listened to us about which items were fragile, how we wanted the items moved and if we wanted anything in particular wrapped or specially protected. The crew was quick and resourceful and did not waste time which in turn saved us $ in the long run. I will not use any other company to move, these guys are moving specialists and know exactly what to do in all situations. I highly recommend Cowboy Moving and Storage for any moving or storage needs.

The team were excellent to work with, so much so that I will be requesting the same team to do the second half of my move. I am in the middle of a load and hold therefore, knowing what kind of work these gentlemen do I want to complete the job when I get the go ahead to move in to my new home. They were outstanding in their field. I even sent a picture showing the truck having to go into a field to be able to reach the house. Off road moving! My experience with Cowboy has been excellent. Steve is experienced and easy to work with, very accommodating. I had to change my dates several times and he adjusted and was very pleasant. There was a glitch with my initial move and he quickly fixed it with no charge. My crew today was efficient and patient. I had to rethink several placements and they worked with me and remained pleasant. They also were respectable and worked well with each other. Vance and Kenwon were delightful! I had two very large pieces of furniture I needed moved from the main floor to the 2nd floor and from the 2nd floor to the basement. They worked at trying to get one of the pieces upstairs; they tried going at it from every possible angle. Unfortunately, they couldn't get it up the staircase. I have used Cowboy Moving and Storage for multiple moves and wouldn't choose any other company. Team members have consistently had positive attitudes, a strong work ethic, and have done a superior job. They are happy to wrap your furniture (in fact, they wouldn't have it any other way), take apart and put back together furniture, and take care not to cause any damage to your outgoing or incoming home. The entire Cowboy Moving Team was outstanding. We truly appreciate Maricruz answering our questions and keeping us informed during our pre-move.
The 5 professionals, Derek, Dominic, Devon, Dread, and Jorge were very friendly yet professional. They wrapped our furniture with care and loaded it into the truck quickly and efficiently.

Debbie was very professional and answered all my questions prior to the move. Darren W., Keith B., Denis B. & Dread R. were seasoned movers and I felt assured that my furniture and belongings were in good hands. They carefully wrapped my large pieces of furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap and took apart a partner desk that was very complicated as well as a queen bed.. Augie & Jessie of Cowboy Moving moved our furniture & household items on 11/09. They are true professionals. They worked non-stopped from the time they stepped in the door until all was moved into our new house. They were very careful with our furniture & were particularly challenged by a large display case that was moved without a scratch. Augie & Jessica were fun to work with and we're so helpful.
