I don't think I am on the Cowboy site but just wanted to say that Derek and Forrest were just AWESOME! Not only were they fast and efficient, they were just nice fellows. It was a pleasure to work with them and I will request then when we move back in.

Our team of Agustin, Mario, Jesse G and Jose were on time, efficient, and extremely hard-working. Their pricing was very fair. They moved our home of 36 years to a location an hour away, with a stop to drop off several heavy items at our daughter's home on the way to ours. It is obvious that the company trains their employees well and has high standards. They carefully moved heavy items through difficult spaces without so much as a scratch on furniture or walls. Darren & Keith moved us both out of our former home and into our new one...6 months later. They remembered us and even shared a photo of an antique they prepared for us and how it survived the move...without a scratch! Tony, Beto and Dennis were also very professional, careful, and friendly to us during the move to our new home. When they discovered a problem with an item, they immediately notified us and took care of the problem. If you need to move, store your things for a period of time, and then move to a new home, Cowboy Moving is a great company for this. I highly recommend them. From the initial call back regarding my inquiry, to the reminder before the move, to moving day, from start to finish everything was professional, prompt and courteous. Very glad we choose Cowboy Moving. The team took good care of us and our belongings and made sure we were set before they left. All items were placed where we needed them and they accommodated a few rearrangements of items. They even let me borrow a dolly for a day since I had left the leg to one of my hutches at my old place. I have been referring them to anyone that has asked how my move went. Thanks Cowboy Moving! As we all know, moving stinks! However, John and Solomon did an AMAZING job moving me. They both worked hard and moved some very heavy items. They had a great attitude and work ethic!!! I rented two storage units for the excess. John told me he could get everything into one unit, "if it's packed correctly." I didn't believe him! Cowboy Moving and Storage did such a great job with moving my pianos today! They were careful and went the extra mile to protect my wood floors. They suggested the felt pads for my pianos and put them in place, too. They also asked if there was anything else they could do for me. Very courteous and professional! Forrest led a great crew with Derek and Jesse M. They busted it out to move my basement to a pod, on behalf of DR Horton. They were on time, jumped out of the truck, shook hands, went over the plan and got to it! These guys clearly had worked together before and had a good team dynamic, feeding off each other, and kept it moving (so to speak!). I enjoyed their professionalism, as well as their friendliness and humor. It's nice to have a laugh when moving is stressful, and these guys put you at ease. Great job organizing the sequence, packing (I can't believe they got it all in!), and being willing to take on any task. I'm really impressed, and though I have not use this company before, I will in the future. They have the true cowboy ethic of the old west. I still can't tell you which one is the brains, is the best looking or strongest - but the jury is out! (This was part of the humor of the day, for which I got kick out of) - appreciate their positivity - a rare quality in guys who have to do very tough work. Thanks guys, you're a bunch of hosses! Cowboy Moving were great in our move last week. Originally, we were to move in August but our current office suffered some water damage recently so we decided to make a temporary move until our build out is complete. Our move had lots of moving parts with most of our stuff going to storage and some going to the temp space. They orchestrated the move effortlessly. The moving team was great, came and loaded our furniture in timely manner, and we requested the same team to unload as our furniture, was in storage for 3 weeks. The Cowboy team was on time, efficient, courteous and friendly. We had some large pieces to move and they were challenged by this - it resulted in some minor damage to the apartment we were moving from (walls, stairwell ceiling). Also, technical/mechanical skills were a bit lacking. We had a large trundle bed that needed to be disassembled, then reassembled at the new home, and this was time-consuming for the team - it took more time than what would be considered reasonable. The tool set the team had was also not lacking for the work, which added to the delay. The Team was wonderful - very careful with our belongings, great attitude, very nice and cooperative. Both the Packing Team and Moving Team included Bob, Alex, Vince and Alejandro. I recommend each of the team members. Because it was not a typical move, they tailored it to us (I was not able to help much because I had an injured foot). What an amazing team! Our move turned into a two truck, 3 day, ordeal in the snow. The Cowboy Mover's professionals were amazing! I couldn't have asked for more in a move. Cowboy Moving & Storage provided exceptional service during my move. The 3 movers, Tony, Beto and Pedro, combined working quickly with taking very good care of my belongings.
