We are so thankful for Cowboy moving. Starting with Debbie who was just so wonderful and helpful. We got many quotes and Debbie was so kind and Cowboy had the best prices. The moving team met a family member at our previous home and worked very hard with a huge task at hand. The guys were all incredibly friendly and professional. Bob M, Charles V, Auggie, Eric G and Vincent M were so wonderful. Sadly, I cannot remember the head guys name, but he was so great too. They set things up, moved everything exactly where I needed it and even helped move a very heavy bed after setting it up when I changed my mind about where it would go. We were so incredibly thankful for them. They work their butts off and still do it with a smile and professionalism. Each and every one of them deserve incredible recognition. Interacting with Cowboy Moving was excellent from start to finish. Setting up a quick move required a quick phone call, and we were on the schedule in less than 10 days. We received two confirmation calls a week and a couple of days ahead of schedule. The crew of 7 men, when they arrived were pleasant and fun. As we performed the walk through, they were already carrying out smaller items and moving them out. They treated us like friends and our furniture like it was their own. The entire move occurred without a single hitch! During the entire day, the crew remained fun--they teased us and each other constantly. Laughter filled the house the whole day. My only regret is that I did not have them move everything in the house--seeing the care that they took with everything, I would trust them with anything we own! Thank guys! I want to share our positive experience with Cowboy Moving. We considered 3 moving companies for a downsizing move for a mother-in-law. All moving companies seem to have mixed reviews, at best. We initially chose Cowboy in part because they are headquartered near us and we wouldn't have to pay for a long drive from their facility. (Which was an issue with a well-rated competitor who was located in north Denver.) But starting with Debbie in the office, who reassured us with her straightforward manner and flexibility about whether our move would require one stop (the assistive living facility) or two (at a storage facility), we were very happy with our experience with Cowboy Moving. Our mover and driver (Vince and Jose) were friendly, efficient and communicated well with us as they wrapped and moved our items to the truck. They worked with a positive energy, which was important to us because it was already stressful for our 90-year-old mother-in-law to have strangers in her house of 50 years. She was delighted with how the move went, and how well they moved her furniture into her new but smaller place. Thank you, Cowboy Moving, for making the move a positive one. Let me start off by saying that the young men sent to my house for this job were well mannered.
There was 20 minutes wasted on trying to decide where and how to park and load the trucks. And in the end they did what I suggested in the beginning.
Your office said that it would be okay to move in the rain. It wasn't. Some of your young men came ill equipped with shoes that could go up and down the metal ramps. These ramps should be rubber or some synthetic material which inhibits slipping. To accommodate these two individuals, precautions were taken which in turn caused one of your workers to fall with my furniture. Luckily, he was okay and my furniture can hopefully be repaired.
There was also organization problems. The young man packing was reallocated and no one was put to finish his job. We came back to find more pictures still hanging on the wall. There was also a coat closet that was not packed up. 08/09/17 |

Great experience with Cowboy Moving! This was our first time hiring professional movers, and so glad we did. We could have helped shorten the process by packing things better, especially the garage, but the crew worked so quickly and diligently, we were very impressed! They did a great job of wrapping all the furniture that needed it, and getting everything safely to our new home. It ended up being a very long day - I think they worked until 10:00pm, with only a short lunch break. Impressed with the professionalism, work ethic, and skill of the whole team.
