The Cowboy Movers were very polite and efficient with loading and unloading for our short local move. They were willing (and successful) at putting together my daughter's dining table, which was complicated, especially since they were not the ones that took it apart. We appreciated their efforts. Kevin W. and Derek D. made this experience seem seamless. One of my tenants had carpet replaced in an occupied unit and the work was not done properly. We called Cowboy movers the day prior to the vendor coming back into her unit to re-do the replacement. Cowboy movers was able to come the next morning and help move her belonging into their truck while carpet was being replaced and back into her unit by end of business day. I have worked with Cowboy Moving & Storage for two cross country moves and have had a great experience both times! A customer service setting up my move with Jose and he was awesome communicating with me in advance to confirm and the day of the move. All of the movers were professional and did a excellent job moving items to where I needed them to go without any damage.

Vince & Jake did an excellent job in moving us. It was a difficult job with stairs, elevator & heavy furniture but they did a great job & kept moving quickly. Kevin W, Keith B worked very hard to move my heavy furniture up a flight of stairs and got me moved in one day. They were professional, careful and caring. Jaylen was very helpful on the phone and covered all the bases for me so there where no surprises when I got the bill at the end of the day. The only movers who didn't ask for a 10% deposit. They called and confirmed and showed up when the said they would with exactly what they said we'd get. Our team was Jose, Jesus, Pedro, Alejandro, and Juan. All very nice guys. We had a light in the hall that got hit by a mattress. They immediately took money off the move price for it. The same light got broken when we had the mattress delivered four years ago. So, not really their fault, bad place for it. Nothing else scratched or broken. The reviewer who said it was expensive was right. They cost more than other movers. But when you get 60 cents per pound compensation for broken stuff it's actually worth it to pay up front in the long run instead of nickle and diming your way to try to get compensation for ruined stuff. The move took 9 hours, 2 trucks, 5 guys. They worked as quickly at the end of 9 hours of work as they did in the beginning. When a desk wouldn't fit into a room they took it apart and reassembled, no grumbling. So again, yes, they cost more. They're worth it. Also, a reviewer said they charge from the time they leave their office. They do. It is completely disclosed when you hire them. I've used Cowboy for 3 prior moves and I can honestly say, NO ONE does it better! My current move was actually an easy one - moving out large items as I'm getting carpeting installed. They've done big moves for me and temporary moves as well between places. Here's what it boils down to: How much do you value the items being moved and are you willing to pay to have the best people do it? For me, it's a no brainer. Are they the cheapest? Probably not. Are they ridiculously priced? Absolutely not. Is it worth paying what I did to have the job done right with movers who come in, do the job, are courteous and treat my stuff as if it was their own. You're darn right it is! For my latest job, Mikey and Jake were prompt, courteous and careful with my belongings. A job I thought may have taken 4 hours took them only 3. I can't say it any simpler - if you want the best PROFESSIONALS to do the job, call Cowboy Moving & Storage. If you're looking to save a couple of bucks and go with a hope and prayer that everything goes smooth, I sincerely hope it works out. For me, go with the known, not the unknown. Erik and Vinc were my movers from Cowboy Moving and they were wonderful. They came on time and I was instantly comfortable with them moving my goods. They explained what the process was and made a point of making sure of what they were to move. Everything they moved was handled with care. They are so polite and respectful which really made the process so nice and less stressful. They never once complained about any of the work the whole day and had a smile through it all.
