They were great for our move! Very personable and worked with the timeline we needed! First time using professional movers and it was so worth it. Josh, Keith and Darren were all great. They showed up on time and nothing was broken during the move. Every time we had and interaction during the move, they asked if everything was OK and did we have any issues. This team suveyed the house and got to work. Each worker knew and did exactly what they were assigned. No 10 minute breaks, long conversations etc.
They packed even our most fragile items with care and I am confident on damage will occur when moved.

Most stress free moving day I have every had. From the minute Michael M. and team arrived to the last item went on the truck there were no problems. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and careful. The care taken to cover the floors and carpet was also greatly appreciate and the house was left with no signs of moving (boot prints, etc.) I would highly recommend Cowboy Moving and look forward to having them help us again in a couple weeks when we move our furniture out of their storage and into our new home. Until we moved this year, we have always done it ourselves and what a chore. We were so pleased with the professionalism of the movers, who carefully packed and moved our "things". Darren, Keith, Dominic, and Keven were so friendly and respectable of our property. We would like to have the same team move us into our new home this spring. I chose Cowboy Moving and Stoage after my initial contact with Maricruz. She was knowledgeable and very informative. She explained the process well. There were no surprises.

While moving is stressful, Cowboy made it bearable. When I was getting quotes, they were very responsive and understood that I would need to move out of my house and store my stuff, and then move it to my new house sometime in the future (at that time I didn't know how long). They helped me find the right solution at a reasonable price. Then, when we were frantically packing and didn't think we would get it done, they were able to send a crew to help with that. The crew that moved us out of our central Denver location was amazing in navigating the narrow streets with the semi trailer and got us moved out of there. Then, today, the crew was incredible: fast, funny, and super helpful. They figured out how to get a large piece of furniture into the basement when it didn't seem possible, and reassembled and even cleaned some of our furniture! My parents used Cowboy Moving & Storage 25 years ago to move into their current home. My father passed away back in February so my mother is now selling that house. This move is not happening under the best of circumstances and we knew it was going to be difficult. So having a hassle free move was of the utmost importance to us. I will say that we did call a couple of other moving companies just to compare price before calling Cowboy. Those calls were a waste of time and energy. We should have just made Cowboy our first and only call. This is a first class operation from start to finish. Debbie was so great to work with. She was very helpful and full of information. The move was right on schedule just like Debbie said it would be. When Henry, Jorge, and Davis arrived I knew that we were in good hands. Everyone of them were outstanding and definitely went above and beyond any of our expectations. We have purchased a new home and are having to put my mohter's things in storage for a couple of months. We will most definitely be requesting the same crew to move us in to our new home. Love companies like Cowboy that have a "no problem" attitude. Our is a large/multi-part move (into temporary housing then a new construction at some unknown future date) and Cowboy had the option to load everything in a single truck, store for undefined time period, then unload once at the destination.

I have never moved with a professional company before and wasn't sure what to expect but they were great, funny, helped me thru my nerves about moving fragile items. Cowboy did a good job on our move. We stored furniture with them for 11 months and generally it was fine. The crew got to the house on time and unloaded very efficiently. It took us some time to go through the 300 boxes so the review might seem a bit dated but we wanted to be sure everything came out fine. And indeed it did.
