I called Cowboy Moving because they have an excellent rating on Yelp. They were able to move 6 items across town for me the next day. They handled the move very professionally and were very courteous. From the first phone call to the end of the move I was 100% satisfied and will definitely use them again. Most stress free moving day I have every had. From the minute Michael M. and team arrived to the last item went on the truck there were no problems. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite and careful. The care taken to cover the floors and carpet was also greatly appreciate and the house was left with no signs of moving (boot prints, etc.) I would highly recommend Cowboy Moving and look forward to having them help us again in a couple weeks when we move our furniture out of their storage and into our new home. The men had to ask for additional help as I only had one day to move furniture. They were understanding and most courteous. Used Cowboy for a local move. Great job on both the move out and move in and both teams worked steadily and hard. Big thanks to Bob and Charles on the move out and Henry and Alex on the move in. We particularly chose this company because they offer a unique storage option of putting your items in a 45 foot trailer where it remains until you call for it. Office staff is on point and on the ball. The crews are a little rough around the edges but about what you would expect blue collar personal from a moving company to attract. Guys need minimal supervision and are always sent with the right equipment to move. John and Derek did a fantastic job of moving my 450# gun safe and piano from my house to my storage unit (a storage unit not affiliated with CM&S). They went through great lengths to protect my floors and walls. And quickly pointed out the couple of scratches they made on the unfinished basement stairs (which would never have been noticed if they didn't point them out) getting the safe out of there. The piano is an heirloom from my grandmother, and they took great care to protect it during the move. Also, when we got to the storage unit, they moved the items already in there to make everything fit just right. I highly recommend Cowboy Moving and both Josh and Derek, and Maricruz in the office. Our moving-day crew Bob, Charles, Darren W, Kevin, Forrest & Derek were awesome. We had not moved for 27 years and due to having a large unfinished basement we had mountains of belongings from relatives who had passed on. THough we tried valiantly to purge it was still waaay too much to move. I cannot believe how hard these guys work without a single complaint. They are friendly, professional and careful not only to us and our belongings but also To Each Other which I really admire.
