This was my first move in over a decade, so I was anxious about the process. Jose effectively managed my expectations during scheduling, and patiently answered all of my questions in great detail with kindness and honesty. The day of the move went very smoothly. Jorge and Jesus were prompt, well-organized, and took great care with the handling of our household items and our home itself. They were absolute professionals, and made moving even our heaviest and bulkiest items look easy! Not to mention they were nice people with upbeat demeanors despite working hard on a warm day to get the job done. The service we received more than reinforced the excellent reputation of Cowboy Moving & Storage. What a wonderful experience. I was able to get all of my questions answered by Debbie on my first call. I used CM&S for moving out of my house and storing my belongings. I received updates for when the crew was arriving and when they got to my house, each of the guys shook my hand and introduced themselves. In today’s world this is a common courtesy that most other companies have forgotten.
They were gentle with each item and worked quickly. They were all very friendly and professional. I even got a call from the office to check in on how I thought things were going.

We had a crew there on a terribly windy day. Darrin, Keith, Dominic & Jordan did a wonderful job. Very careful with our new home and our items from the trailer. They were very helpful in getting the items to the rooms I requested. We are very happy with the service we received and have already told many friends and family about this company. We highly recommend them. Debbie in the office has been a great help to us too, we had to leave our stuff in storage much longer than anticipated. These guys worked like Trojans all day long. They came in at the quote, actually I think a little bit under. We were moving from an apartment plus a storage facility to a house. They were careful with furniture and even found damage caused by prior movers. They too care to make sure there was no further damage. I highly recommend them. We have used Cowboy twice and couldn't be happier. Darrin, Keith and Bob arrived right on time and worked non-stop. They were polite, careful and said "not a problem" more times than I could count.
