Comfort Master has been my service company for many years (at least 20+). Richard was my long-time technician until he passed, and Luis came after him. They were both excellent in their work and approach with my family. We now have Ricky, and it is a joy to have him as our new technician. He takes his work seriously and he is very polite. Julio was very thorough when he completed the fall maintenance of both my HVAC units today. We received a phone call ahead of time letting us know he would arrive in about 30 minutes, and he arrived when expected. When I asked questions, Julio was informative and helpful when answering them. He also was able to make some good recommendations about the air filters we use and about the HVAC surge protectors that would help protect our HVAC units. Julio did an excellent job for us when our air conditioner stopped working. He quickly determined the cause of the problem and took care of it. This was no easy matter since it required removing about 10 + gallons of water from the drain pan in our attic. He unclogged the drainage tubes and got everything working again. He gave us a good education on the state of our old unit and made recommendations for the future. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and has an excellent work ethic. They worked on my original HVAC system and then replaced it about six years ago. They do the spring and fall maintenance checks and remind me when they are due so that I can schedule an appointment. The technicians and all personnel I talk with on the telephone have always been most professional and very courteous. I have not met nor talked with any of the personnel who have been nothing less than the best all around and very cooperative. I am given a specific time of the arrival of the technician, and the technician follows up with a telephone call to let me know within minutes of his exact time of arrival. During the visit, the technician advises me as he goes through the system what he is doing and is very thorough in his explanation so that I understand and patiently answers any questions I may have. I have nothing but praise and heartfelt thanks to everyone at Comfort Master for their professionalism, their knowledge and skills, and their positive work ethics. I called for service because our main unit was making strange noises.
Luis came to take care of us and tried several possible solutions as to the problem with no luck. He persisted, found the problem to be a pipe vibrating against the frame and eliminated the vibration.
Now sounds like a new unit thanks to Luis’s persistence!

These people installed a whole new Trane system in my home 6 years ago-it has broken down 7 times-I have paid more for repairs than the unit cost when it was new. Their service from day one was like pulling teeth. I would not recommend them for anything! Mike L. 08/16/19 |
