Comfort Master did a flawless job all the way from delivering a timely and detailed quote to completing the installation in an absolutely perfect manner. When receiving the quote, I could tell from talking with *****, my sales rep, that this is an honest and upright company which is intently concerned with doing right by their customers. The price was reasonable, the proposal was drawn up based on extensive and careful measurements taken, and I was pleased to be informed about a $500 rebate that was available to me. And today, the installation was done flawlessly and with equal attention to detail, thanks to the diligence of the lead installer ******* ** What a delightful company to deal with! Jason was my Tech and showed up promptly for the first appointment of the day. He was very conversational and walked me through the procedure and even went as far as to do the heat check first since it was snowing outside of the house would not get too cold for too long while checking the AC unit. Daniel Hess came out to do a tune up on my air conditioner. I was afraid that since my last bill was so high due to the cold weather last month. My thermostat kept going on "Auxiliary Heat" and it has never done that before, so I was anxious about it.
