Everyone at Comfort Master has been exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, and they have gone above and beyond to help us solve our recent air conditioning problems. Susan, Angela, Steve and Sam were so pleasant and caring. While one hvac company told us we needed an entirely new compressor for $1700, Steve narrowed down our problem, without being able to actually hear it, as a possible fan motor ($325). After he tuned up our system, it worked great for another three weeks, but acted up again and we were finally able to video it making the weird noise it was making. Sam diagnosed it as a faulty connector and replaced it for about $150. He also replaced a faulty damper that had started causing problems. He outlined his findings both in a conversation with me and an emailed written report, noting in each that a surge protector replacement was necessary. Sam Tant checked our HVAC unit in conjunction with your Comfort Club Program on 5/9/2018. He was the most thorough HVAC Technician we've ever had in our 18 years as Apex residents. He even cleaned out the leaves & debris that collect under the exhaust fan then washed the entire unit with a cleaning solution. That was never done as part of a system check by our previous HVAC service supplier(s).
We couldn't be more pleased with Sam's work. A job well done!

Daniel arrived promptly and completed a thorough preventive maintenance on our 2 systems. He alerted us to problems on our older system and was able to quote us prices for correcting the problems and explain the risks if we did not make the repairs. He said we might want to get a quote on a new system rather than throw money at an 18-year-old system. He did not pressure us and said he would proceed with the repairs if that's what we wanted. Daniel was courteous and professional throughout his visit. I recommend him highly along with the other members of the Comfort Master teams that have visited our house over the past 10 years. From the initial consulting presentation with Mike,to the installation service from Ismael and Roberto and the inspection by JW on the day of the installation; it couldn,t have been a better experience installing our new Trane system. They are very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, some people say that there cost is a little higher than others, but you get what you pay for. We would recommend this company to take care of all your heating and air needs.

Comfort Master did a flawless job all the way from delivering a timely and detailed quote to completing the installation in an absolutely perfect manner. When receiving the quote, I could tell from talking with Evert, my sales rep, that this is an honest and upright company which is intently concerned with doing right by their customers. The price was reasonable, the proposal was drawn up based on extensive and careful measurements taken, and I was pleased to be informed about a $500 rebate that was available to me. And today, the installation was done flawlessly and with equal attention to detail, thanks to the diligence of the lead installer Charlie. What a delightful company to deal with! The installers were on time, very communicative, and very respectful of my property while they were working. Both systems were installed and explained to me before they left.
