We had our entire HVAC system replaced. Installers Ismael and Roberto were Excellent! Expert service. Very friendly. They explained what they were doing as they installed the components of our HVAC system. We discussed where to run the ductwork in the attic. Taught us how to use the thermostat (Internet-accessible). And they finished the installation in the two days that were scheduled. I do not think they deserve 5 stars because of the way they have treated me as a customer and the way a person called Bobby promised me when he sold me this system 3 years ago a black friday day came to my house and promised that this system I had to solve my heating problems and also the electricity problems in terms of energy savings. I have been communicating email, phone, video techincian come to my house evethyng lok okay my bill of electricity is high and also two weeks after the installation they tell me that I need the duct work after spending more $ 12500 dollars for a system that I was promised solve my heating problems. This top line machine called trane heat pump in the winter is bad, noisy, does not save energy. I called Matt to put the complaint the only thing he says is that everything is fine, bobby I feel that Black Friday you grabbing a fish on the hook whe you sale this heat pump . My son makes complain he wake up at middle nights that the machine makes a lot of noise I am tired of this situation maybe the owner of the comfort master company can fix this problem I am not happy with trane and with comfort master I do not like to put bad reviews but I think the The way I have been treated is not the right thing. Ricky was my service tech. He called to see if he could come by on a Saturday because they had an opening in the schedule and this greatly helped me rather than giving me the 12-5 window for a day the following week. He gave me a detailed rundown of my service and even did something for me while under the crawl space so I didn't have to get under the house myself. I have decided to change all unit and ducts in our home, so i have chosen Comfort Master, and i am happy that i did the contract to change everything with them. I have to say to the owner " Congratulation" for having such an amazing group . Also i would like to say thank you to all the people who worked in our home . Mr. Mike the sales man, he is amazing and patient, who spent around 4 hours to explain everything to me, he helped and answered all my question.
Mr. JW: the supervisor who is excellent , bright ideas, professional and i loved his idea about changing the duct work routs for the top floor to get a better result, it was like he is finding solution for his home not my home. amazing.
Mr. Chandon and Mr.Na ; I enjoyed your work, because you were doing everything with calm and checking all the details in the ducked work, i am very happy that you guys did the duct work part. also i have to appreciate Mr.Jorge who came here to help them in the Attic part, and you are the other professional that help to other to finish the job. big help.

The reviews I read were accurate. This was such a pleasurable experience. Bobby was like talking to family and his knowledge with honesty made me know I was selecting the right unit. Jun and Teo arrived right on time and well prepared. They did well above our expectations. I enjoyed talking with them. Their work was clean and professional. Again, they felt like family. We had a great experience with Comfort Masters during the recent replacement and upgrade of our HVAC system. From the evaluation and sales call with Evert through the installation with Ismael and Roberto, it was totally professional and absolutely well done. The installation was done exactly as I envisioned it and as it was described. The guys worked very hard to meet the schedule that had been set and were very attentive to details both outside and when they needed to come in the house.
