Calling them for the first time at 9 pm on a weekend, I was amazed to get to a live person! They promised Lou would call me in a few minutes to discuss our a/c problem - and he did! We were back to “chilling” by Monday afternoon, without a monster bill, either!

Luis and Carlos came to my house to diagnose and problem with my upstairs AC, which was not working. I have been a Comfort Master Club member for many years and once I made the call in to the office, Luis and Carlos came the very next day. They determined that it was a bad thermostat and once replaced, the system worked like the 25-year old champ it is.

It was good to see Sam, He was my very first Service Tech when I with the company. He came in as professional as always. We were able to catch up before he went to work on my system. Teo, Jun and Ramsey did such an excellent job with installing our brand new Trane A/C unit on the first floor of our home. They were friendly, courteous and worked very efficiently. They cleaned up everything very well after the work was completed. They also had to install new ducting in order to provide greater air flow through the home in order to help with cooling. We see a HUGE difference in our home now. The A/C actually cools the home and reaches the set point on the thermostat. I will definitely use Comfort Master Heating and Air when we replace our upstairs A/C unit in the next year or so. I want to also thank Bobby Watkins for all his time in going through our home to fix our A/C problems. These guys are very careful and really try to make sure the job is done the right way. The cost was a little on the higher side, but well worth the money knowing that this was done correctly and we are already seeing a huge difference in our home! Thank you guys! Had to have one of my units checked after it being maintenance checked 2 weeks ago,unit frosted up and I shut it down. Luis was sent and took care of the issue,finding a low freon level which didn't cause any issues prior to last service. Took very little freon to get unit up and running, told to keep eye on it, may have a faulty valve, or the the small amount of freon may solve the issue.
