I had my ductwork replaced by two excellent installers from Comfortmaster, ****** and **. It was a two day job. They arrived promptly and worked continuously and tirelessly to get my system replaced and they were adding zoning to my heat and air system. They were 110 % about customer satisfaction as has always been the case with Comfort Master. The two installers, ****** and ** went above and beyond with their great personalities and technical expertise. Everything was accurate and passed inspection from the City of Raleigh so that I know they had done an accurate and thorough job. I cannot say enough about Comfort Master and their services as they were the original installers of my duel fuel system years ago. At almost 9 years old, with their preventative service maintenance, I am problem free with my Trane Dual Fuel System. I even received a handwritten note from Mrs. **** ***** after the service installation regarding my installation experience. I am a loyal customer when I receive excellent customer service and the technical side of any installation is 100% accurate and done right the first time. Awesome service! Bobby suggested an additional cold air vent to keep us warm, and Ismael crawled into a long underground space to put it there, smiling all the while. Now the temps have dropped and we are toasty.

Daniel did a very good job on our fall heating and cooling inspection. He was very polite, arrived on time, wore shoe covers in the house and completed the inspection without delay. He inspected both the upstairs unit and outside gaspak and found no issues. He did note that we had CO detectors on both floors and left us with a complete inspection report via email. Comfort Masters did an amazing job upgrading and redoing out HVAC system. Ismael was extremely professional and took every step to install the best solution. Recently, I had 2 units installed by Comfort Master Heating and Air Conditioning. Evert did a FANTASTIC job designing my HVAC install. Prior to contacting Comfort Master, I reached out to another HVAC company who came and gave me an estimate within 30 minutes. Evert came out, did an evaluation of my home, and drew the design of the new units. He explained everything step by step. He was so detailed that the consultation took almost 3 hrs! I really appreciate his expertise. The entire process went as planned. Evert contacted me throughout the installation to make sure everything ran smoothly. He even came out and helped with some of the work! He is very responsive and answers calls/texts quickly.
The installation team was Ismael and Na. They did a GREAT job from start to finish! They arrived on time, explained the process as they completed the installation, and cleaned up after the job was complete. The owner of the company came in to inspect the installers' work. Upon inspection, their work was very neat and installed correctly. The units work great and I highly recommend Comfort Master Heating & Air Conditioning.
One more great thing about Comfort Masters is the office staff did a great job submitting my warranty paperwork, Duke Energy rebates, and sending me copies of any extra paperwork I needed.

Daniel went above and beyond his job while he was at our house performing the semi-annual service on our systems. All of a sudden my husband became very sick while Daniel was there working. Daniel was very concerned and offered to call 911 and called me at work to let me know my husband was sick and described his condition. While doing his work, Daniel kept checking on my husband and called me while I was on the way home to keep me informed of his condition. I called 911 and Daniel stayed with my husband until EMS and I arrived. It meant the world to my husband and myself for him to show such concern and compassion to us. What a great employee to have: conscientious about his work but in addition showing compassion for his customers.
