The folks at Comfort Master have proven to be wonderfully friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I love that they bill me in monthly installments for my summer and winter service agreements. I love it even more that THEY initiate the contact with me to get the appointment scheduled! Sharon J. understands that I am taking time off from work to meet the technicians and is very concerned about minimizing the impact on me. Wow! How awesome is that? Sam D. has provided service for me several times and he is thorough, takes time to explain things to me helps me understand what needs to be worked on (he is also not bothered by my dog and cats--a real plus!). I am not under any pressure of up-selling by this company, and I appreciate that. They are to-the-point people and I feel like they do care about me as a customer. In these days when many companies are becoming more and more impersonal, Richard and Comfort Master are exactly the opposite.
