Luis was very professional and patient in listening to me about my heat pump issue. He checked and explained various things. Unfortunately, my issue was intermittent and he wasn't able to duplicate it. Bobby Watkins got me headed in the right direction for replacing a 20-year old heating/AC unit. I had a must replace situation - and needed fast turnaround! Comfortmasters sent over Ismael and Lu to install my new heat pump/air handler. They installed it in record time. I really appreciated how both of them stayed late!! late!!! to get the equipment installed. They came on time and kept the site neat and clean. Very polite and user friendly, especially with all my questions. I am very happy that I called on Comfortmasters to replace my aging geothermal unit and especially happy with the installation team. June and Teo installed my new train unit and complete duct work system.
These guys, June and Teo, were very professional, polite and cleaned up when the job was finished. Special thanks to JW who designed the specs for our heating unit and duct work. A special thanks to Bobby who took care of all the administrative work between the home office in Zebulon and the Wake Co, inspector.. Charlie installed a new heating system for me. He was as "professional and polite" as they come. I've dealt with several of Comfort Masters staff (repeat customer) and I think this kid has everyone beat. He explained everything to me when the job was complete and insured I had all questions answered prior to his departure. I'd you are needing a heater or a/c installed, wait for these people. Greg served as our sales person for our new HVAC system recently. We were having issues with our 15 year old system. Greg arranged to meet us quickly. He explained our different options very well and answered our questions. He scheduled the install in just a few days. After the installation he met with us, inspected the work, scheduled the county inspection, applied for a Duke Energy rebate and set up our new "smart" thermostate. Sam was professional and on time. He did miss a significant problem with our downstairs system. The blades on the fan were cracked and eventually broke 3 weeks after his system check. The unit was making an odd sound weeks before his routine maintenance check. I believe this is something he should have recognized prior to the system breaking down. Sam D. 12/29/17 |

Sam came out last Friday to replace the coil in our unit. He did a fantastic job. Even though it was a time intensive project, he took extra time to check over the entire system. He found a blockage in one of our ducts and took the extra time to fix it. He did all of this with a smile and great attitude. I highly recommend Comfort Master for your heating and cooling needs. I recently purchased a second HVAC system from Comfort Master, Inc., and had a great buying experience with one of their sales reps, **** *****. **** was superbly skilled at listening, asking questions about preferences, and taking copious notes and measurements to work up the quote. Once complete, he provided a no pressure, matter-of-fact presentation of their products and services. After our purchase decision was made, his team organization skills came to bear, and we were ready for installation and code inspection in less than 72 hours. Finally, he came back after the job was complete to finalize some details in programming the thermostat that we had missed ourselves. I really appreciated his attention to detail and ensuring that we realized all of the value that Comfort Master had provided. Comfort Master Heating and Air, Inc is an outstanding company with customer service, installation and repair. They recently installed a complete HVAC system for my home. A representative visited my home and spent lots of time asking questions, measuring and later providing three separate quotes depending on the type of system and price I was searching for. We scheduled two days to install. The technicians arrived on time both days, were very friendly, worked tirelessly, and kept the house clean during their work. Afterwards, they hauled away all old materials, units, and left my home and yard just as they had found it. Supervisors stopped in from time to time to monitor progress and quality control. The team scheduled a time to return later for a complete check-up prior to signing the final paperwork. Both men were professional throughout the entire installation procedures. They had originally shared that the installation process would take between 7 to 8 hours. Because of their knowledge and skills, they were able to complete the task within a 6 hour time frame. Comfort Master recently replaced the HVAC system in my recently purchased new to me home. The furnace was original to the home and the AC was getting up there in age - it was time to replace it. Bobby was never pushy as the sales guy and patiently presented me options. When I was clear I wanted them to install the new system, he had JW, their head supervisor, come out and inspect it before doing the work - as the furnace in my home was basically in a closet and wasn't close to meeting any of today's code. Once JW had developed the plan and they knew they could make it work, on the day of install Jorge came out and lead the crew doing the work. The crew was professional and always friendly. Given the tight space, it took two and half days to disassemble the old furnace and put in place the new one. The original estimate had been two days, but as soon as they realized it was going to take longer they were upfront about it and immediately made sure there were clear plans to complete the job. I didn't mind the delay, as it was clear the work being done was thorough, professional, and well done. Now the new system is in place and working beautifully. I was changing out my HVAC from one system to two systems. Ismael and Roberto were two of the best installers that I have ever seen. After viewing the installed unit in the attic, it looked like a work of art. They were very detailed oriented. I could tell they took pride in what they do. Mike (sales person) was also very pleasant to work with. You might pay more for Comfort Master, but they are indeed worth it. Great installation from start to finish. We had a complete replacement of our furnace, A/C, and ductwork. Mike did a great job on the estimate, took his time, and answered all of our questions. JW, the installation manager, came by daily to make sure everything was going smoothly & always asked if we were satisfied with the progress. When we needed to make a change to the original scope of work, JW made sure the extra details were completed at a fair price, and on time. Finally, I must compliment the installers Osfredo and Julio, who worked professionally & efficiently over the 3-day project and under some challenging conditions in a confined attic. Both were friendly and took great care in our home.
