George, a technician from Bottini Oil, treated me as though I was a relative. The problem was knotty. The diagnosis was varied. He teamed up with my electrician (Tim Berlinghoff) and his supervisor,( Bob) tried to fix the boiler, went to the store and got different part size, so -- beyond the call -- and fixed the hot water heater. i wish I could give him and Bottini more than five stars because with his tenacity and caring, he helped to make live better.

The Bottini technician called before leaving his depot to determine that we were well and ready to accept the scheduled delivery service. Jackie, from the Bottini office then called to tell us that the service technician was enroute. During this difficult time of social distancing we appreciated that the technician and the office staff followed good practice to protect us, to protect the technician and to protect the other customers on his schedule. At our home, he worked efficiently and independently so that no prolonged contact was necessary. We have been Bottini customers for many years and have always been totally satisfied with their service and products. For instance, the LPG tank that was delivered to us was installed with the safe limit of product and was filled to capacity on the following day! Excellent service. On a cold 20f mourning Mike 349 and Brandon 329 responded to my home with a problem of no heat in one of the zones and barely any heat coming from the other zone.
Mike explained what he thought maybe wrong with the boiler before starting the repair and after what the problem turned out to be with parts that were replaced all while mentoring his colleague Brandon that helped him.
