Recently, our electric water heater went bad. Though I had a protection agreement with Sears Home Services, I couldn’t get them to honor it. I’ve used Bottini for my heating oil for years...so I asked them what they would think about maybe installing a water heater on my boiler. Well, Don D. was at our house the next day. We had a beautifully working coil and tank installed perfectly by Joe and John in about a week—next-day delivery in this COVID-19 society. We have better hot water than ever now. I switched last year and I am very pleased that I did, no effort on my part, very efficient, good prices and excellent service. My heat went out a few days ago, I called was told that if I wanted they could alert me when service truck would arrive.
Once I made my report I had a service man at my doorstep within 20 minutes. He also came wearing a face mask and gloves and waited for me to open the door and step back before entering my home.
