Both Dennis and Phil were very knowledgeable about my boiler! They came out different times and both were on time and explained the system to me. I would highly recommend Bottini fuel! A few weeks ago, we had a leak from the motor on our furnace. We called early in the morning, and a tech was here in less than a half hour. He immediately diagnosed the and was able to fix it in a short time. He worked carefully and neatly. Our furnace room was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. Because of my advanced age, I can't remember his name, but I believe is tech number was 2518. We were well pleased.

The last few technicians that have come to the house for cleaning and repairs have been outstanding. They take their time and do a thorough job, even when it's just a typical tune up. The technician who came to do my annual oil burner cleaning was great! I received a call from the office when he was on his way, he arrived on time and was very neat and clean with his work. He was friendly and answered my questions. I have been a Bottini customer for 17 years and have always carried a service contract. Any time I've required service it has always been arranged promptly. Bottini wrote 2 proposals, with help deciding how to do each one. First was placing a new 275 gal fuel oil tank in the basement. Second was to decommission the buried 550 gal fuel oil tank. After I cleaned up both work sites, the Bottini contractors visited and coordinated both jobs. I supplied the building permit and Bottini was done within the week. Excellent. Exceptional customer service! We've been a Bottini customer for approx. 14 years. Recently we made the mistake of trying to switch to Burke for a special promotion. We had service scheduled for a Friday and no one showed. After numerous calls a day for 5 consecutive days and being put on hold (for a total of hours), we realized we made a huge mistake. The technician who came on 7/29/19 diagnosed the problem as a broken low water sensor box. I saw that the box was burned out so I assumed that this was the problem. The second technician came on 8/1/19 with the replacement device. He tried to install it, but it took him 45 minutes to do so because, as he said, there was an extra wire in the device that he wasn't sure what to do with. He read and re-read the installation instructions which came with the new low water sensor and seemed to be having trouble figurine out how to install the box. He attached and reattached the wires in different combinations. Finally, he got the green light on the box to come on. However, I'm not sure the box is working right.
