Ramon and Roth and their team provided exceptional customer service and work. The job was done properly, neatly and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. All the work was fully and clearly explained. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service provided.

We needed to install AC in the upper floors of our home and choose Blue Dot for the job. Ramon and Roth came out with their team to complete the work within two days instead of the three that was originally planned. The entire crew was courteous, respectful and diligent. They did very neat and proper work and left their work areas clean and tidy (they used drop cloths, booties and vacuumed at the end of the job). Ramon and Roth also showed us all the work, explained everything they did and why, explained how to use the new system, and gave us advice about using it and what to check for as the temps change. Their thoroughness, professionalism, and friendly manner were much appreciated. They also made a point to pause and greet our dog (he was corralled in the living room) as they came into the house. We are pleased with the service from Blue Dot and we highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

We had our heater and air conditioner replaced by Blue Dot. Mario came to our home and presented us with options that best fit our needs. He even arranged for a crane to put the air conditioner unit on our roof. Montre and Damon spent an entire day installing the new heating and air conditioning system in our house. They did an excellent job. My wife and I were both at work and my mother and toddler son were home when they were working. They were polite while working and made everyone at home feel comfortable . When they left, the house looked as though they had never come! We were very impressed with the pride they took in their job, their efficiency and their professionalism. We could absolutely recommend their services.

Jason, Kevin and Nick were great. They were polite and helpful and minus the sound of the work being done you would not have even known they were here. So very thankful that they stayed to get the job done in one day even though it was a two day process. Great price, great service, great experience. Could not say enough good about the install process with BlueDot.

I called Thursday night about getting a new system. They sent a sales rep out that evening. We discussed a few options and he sent me an email outlining the different prices. Saturday, I called back with a final decision and I had everything installed today while I was off work! The installation guys were very friendly and kep the house clean while they worked. They even vacuumed up after they finished the job. A friend recommended BlueDot to me, and so far, I am pleased!

Jason A, Nick M and Kevin G. came out to install our new HVAC unit. They were polite, explained what they would be doing and the time frame they hoped to keep. When they realized that the job was more complicated then originally thought they let me know straight away which gave me time to change plans. My kids and I were in the house the whole day and never felt awkward or annoyed by the extra people or the work being done. They stayed until the job was complete, cleaned up and walked me through the unit and all of its upgrades. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Technicians Bryant G, Ramon R and Tony M. came to my home to install a new gas furnace and air conditioner. They did such a great job and were very professional, courteous and hard working. They answered all of my questions and concerns. After the job was done they cleaned up the work area very well and explained everything regarding my new systems. I will highly recomend Blue Dot Services of Maryland to my family, friends and neighbors.

In the month of February when it was extremely cold. Blue Dot came to repair my heating system, they were very professional and courtesy. The technician's customer service was impeccable. He arrived on time and identified himself and went right to work on the furnace. he fixed it in a timely fashion and provided education so that i would not find myself without heat again. I would definitely use them again.

Thomas, the technician who came out to fix our issue we were having, was very friendly, told me everything he was doing, pointed out the errors in the installation of some of the wiring and what he did to fix it. Also let us know that the air scrubber need a new bulb and told me how much it would cost but did not pressure me into buying it at that time. I felt that he was educating me about my system without being condescending. He even said we could ask for him if we had any further issues. Thank you Thomas!

Paul is a genius. Figured out dead Nest thermostat due to bent float switch - I probably did this by stepping on it. Paul explained many details and tricks to help me understand my advanced Carrier heating system. Another 5-star BlueDot staff member. The arrangements for scheduling were also terrific, which was appreciated, since the temperature in my kitchen was 59 degrees and dropping.

Matt O. and Ray B. were fantastic. They arrived very quickly and immediately got to work, efficiently getting everything I needed done. I really feel like they put in the effort to make my new A/C and Furnace look and function as well as if it were their own. They were polite, friendly, and extremely professional. The timeframe I was promised for installation is what initially made me pull the trigger on the sale, but Matt and Ray are why I would recommend BlueDot to anyone. 10/10!

Really good experience; the install techs (Ramon & Roth) were excellent and skilled. Very professional and polite in addition to really knowing his stuff. Took the whole day to install and answered my questions as well as questions my husband had (he talked to him over the phone). It rained the whole day, and they ran into problems but they were skilled to know what to do. I hardly noticed they were there.....cleaned up before they left, etc.

CROOKS!!! Called Blue Dot as system was leaking water in utility room. Blue Dot showed up and tried to sell my wife a new system and charged her $480 for an A/C tune-up, but only removed a mouse nest from outside unit. System still leaking, called Blue Dot back. Same technician showed up, but this time he changed out the electric coil $25 on the outside unit. System still leaking water!!! Third trip, different technician. He inspected the indoor and outdoor units, but did nothing. System still leaking 2 days later and could not run system once it started leaking water again. Called Blue Dot corporate headquarters in North Carolina. 4th trip Blue Dot made to house and this technician is the first to determine that the only thing wrong with the system all along was a clogged water drain pipe from the condenser., but charged up $480 for a tuneup they NEVER DID! 2 weeks later system will not run. Called small HVAC company "No-Frost Heating and Air Conditioning" in Ellicott City, MD and they determined that the original problem was a "bees nest" in the roof air intake was starving the system of air causing the system to condensate and leak water $110. Blue Dot ripped us off for $480 and did nothing to remedy our problem. Would highly recommend NEVER HIRE!

Kudos to my Blue Dot crew! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my system was put in correctly. It was a 2-3 day job as it was a gas conversion from a heat pump. They arrived at my house at 8:30 am and worked until almost 10 pm to make sure it got done that day. I'm a happy customer!

This review is for Montre and Damon. Both were very professional and continuosly worked all day on replacing my furnace without taking a break. They cleaned up afterwards and explained to me about the operation of the new furnace including changing the filters. They answered my questions and seemed very knowledgable concerning the HVAC system. I would recommend Blue Dot to anyone needing this type of service. Thank you both very much.

We had a wonderful experience from Sales to Installation. We were able to schedule the install within one week. They showed up on-time and were total professionals. Ramon R. Ray Edg was incredible. My husband was interested so Ramon explained everything along the way. They completed the job in the time they promised. The electrician walked both my husband and I though the instruction for the thermostat. He gave us tips to further improve our energy. I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Dot for your Home Services.
