I placed a call today at 12pm since my AC stopped working and I am 9 months pregnant and very uncomfortable. I was told a tech would be out in between 12-2. I called back three times and it's now 9pm with no one contacting us or showing up. Unacceptable. If they were unable to get here we should have been told. Instead no one will call us back and we have been very patient. The ladies at the call center have been very nice and pleasant and have tried accommodating us by contacting the supervisor and even the supervisor has not contacted us. I am sure they are busy but I'm most upset that someone can't pick up the phone to tell us what's going on. If you are in need of help I suggest you contact another company.

I called in about 9AM on Sat, July 30. Guy on the phone was courteous, told me someone would be out at 8PM and that they would call first. Not great, but OK...... will they really show. Tech (Leon) showed up around noon which was great, my only complaint being that noone called. Other than that Leon was fantastic; friendly, fast , had the part we needed on his truck. We were up and running in less than an hour. overall very pleased.

Blue Dot service today was amazing. This is Saturday and I woke up to see trouble code on our thermostat, with the heat pump not running. I called Blue Dot and a couple hours later Leon showed up. He was very friendly and courteous. He diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, had the part he needed on the truck and in less than an hour he was done. Our unit is in year 10 of a 10 year warranty so on top of the great service the part was free. All on a Saturday. Fantastic.

Tony R. came out to our house after we had a lightening vicinity strike near our house. The air conditioning unit was not working and we knew it had to be part of the strike. After working for over 3 hours, Tony R. was able to determine that the unit itself was fine, buy the circuit boards were fried as well as the control unit on the wall. Tony R was able to rig a temporary fix so that we would have AC until all the new parts came in. Tony R came back to our house and repaired the circuits and wall unit. HE IS AN AWESOME TECH. GETS IN AND FIXES THE PROBLEM WITHOUT HESITATION.

Stevie was extremely helpful today. My A/C was out upstairs. He came on time and finished quick. He had to walk through the house to get to the attic fan. No damage to the walls or carpets. He left no mess and was sweet as pie. Thanks so much Stevie!

Service was within the allotted window given to me. Tech was great and fixed our problem right away. He even went a step above and beyond to see that because of our spring cleaning we should not have had this problem, needless to say at we were not charged for the service call.

My only issue was that I was promised on at least three calls that a supervisor would call me and that NEVER happened. All of the other people did their jobs courteously and professionally (in this extreme heat wave)

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. It was leaking a steady stream of water. I spent all of Monday night emptying a bucket of water every two hours. I explained my situation to your office staff. I could deal with no air conditioning during this terrible heat wave, but the water was going under my rugs and I was afraid it would damage the unit owner's ceiling below. Blue Dot was able to schedule me for today. Anthony F. found the problem. He was courteous, professional, informative and conscientious. Your office team (I spoke with several, but Ashley helped me today) understood why this emergency was not just about lack of air conditioning, but about an issue with water damage. They called the dispatcher and gave me a call as soon as Anthony was on the way. On a call, previous to this one we had an issue and I was considering not renewing with Blue Dot. The way everything was handled today restored my faith. Fingers crossed that the repair holds and we get through this heatwave. My only issue was that I called on Monday at 6, 8:15, 9:30 and 11:30 and was promised a supervisor would call me and that NEVER happened. That is the only reason for not getting 5 stars. I know we are dealing with extreme conditions and you were probably inundated with calls, but that is what defines emergency services. So again, your front line phone people were great and Anthony solved the problem.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit yesterday and today. There was a constant stream of water leaking from it. I spent every two hours yesterday and today emptying a bucket of water along with having no air conditioning. Anthony F. from Blue Dot Services of Maryland came and corrected the problem. He was prompt, courteous, professional and informative. The office team also provided wonderful service.

We have been with Blue Dot for some time and love their service. They often come quite quickly whenever we have a problem. This time our air conditioning wasn't working so they came out and "fixed" it. It turns out the technician forgot to reset the final step. When we called back someone was here within an hour (at 9 o'clock at night!!). Great service!

Don provided an excellent service of installing my heat pump. He is professional, answered questions, reviewed the components of the new system, organized and explained the literature that corresponds to the system. He demonstrated how to use the touch screen thermostat, cleaned the work area, and protected the flooring. He was diligent in moving any objects that may have interfered with bring equipment into the house. Arrival time was prompt and completion of the installation was done very well.

The call center was tough to deal with. I asked for return calls and never received them and couldn't get any updates on when I could expect a technician to show up. The technician, Tony R., was absolutely wonderful. He was still working at 6:30PM on a Sunday night. He was polite and extremely helpful. He explained what was wrong and helped to understand why the unit shut off. He fixed the AC unit in about 15 minutes and saved my family from melting in our 88 degree house.

All of our techs were wonderful. Don and his partner installed the unit and were on time, professional, clean and loved my dog! Dan K., who gave us the estimate, was also very thorough, informative and kind. He was also very helpful when we were having problems a few days later with the unit. Lastly, Mike C. came to repair the unit a few days later. He was also wonderful. Thank you to all the techs who came out to help us!

We had an air conditioner unit problem in our attic that Blue Dot promptly came and took care of these hot days. The final part of the repair involed both Chris B and Richard H who arrived at the promised time, came to the door to let us know they'd be right in with the parts, and did the job quickly and with no clean-up required on our part. Once again-after numerous calls and rescheduling-my appointment has to be rescheduled again because someone forgot to call me 25 minutes before the service man was to arrive at my home and I explicitly asked for this to happen every time and was told by the person taking my call that THIS WOULD HAPPEN-remember now this is my Spring check up we are talking about here! I had personal issues to attend to in February-April and have been trying to schedule this ever since-yes call me 410-937-7125-THUS IS THE NUMBER TO CALL!!!

JEREMY W. AND ANTHONY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US INSTALLING OUR NEW SYSTEM UNDER EXTREME TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS (135 DEGREES) - ATTIC. IT WAS AMAZING HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO SURVIVE SUCH TORTURE; IF YOU COULD HAVE SEEN THEM WHEN THEY CAME DOWN OUT OF OUR ATTIC, THEY LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD THROWN THEM IN A SWIMMING POOL. WHAT A HELL OF A WAY TO MAKE A LIVING. GUESS YOU DON'T HAVE TOO MANY VOLUNTEERS FOR THIS KIND OF WORK. KUDOS TO BOTH OF THESE GENTLEMEN.

John called the office to check warranty status and informed me so ensure what was being taken care of. When an additional part was needed, he drove from Baltimore to Beltsville to get it! I felt he had my family's best interest at heart and I am sincerely grateful! This was a complete replacement of the heat/air system, including the compressor, in an old house with very cramped spaces. The crew worked tirelessly, non-stop, replacing the unit in a very tight place. They thoroughly checked the heating and air conditioning before leaving to ensure they were fully functional, and also installed a new carbon monoxide detector. Both the installation crew and the estimator showed up within the promised time frame also, which is always a plus, and they were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I could not say enough about Blue Dot. Kevin Langford, Comfort Consultant was outstanding with working with me to get the best price to fit my needs. Kevin worked not only to get me the best price but to have the system installed next day for it was extremely hot out and two older dogs that were suffering. Kevin Goody and Tom Deluca were the service tech that installed the system and were outstanding and very courteous. They took the time to explain to system functionalities and how to program thermostat. They even put back anything they moved in the basement back to their proper place.
