Had new A/C installed. The installers (Montre P and Damon H) were highly professional, yet very friendly, totally competent, and totally thorough. One worked inside; while the other worked on the outside unit. Following the installation, I was shown all of the features of the new A/C. They completely cleaned the area following the installation. My furnace was due for the fall/winter seasonal check-up. A Blue Dot representative called, noted the purpose of the call, and provided the necessary contact information to return the call - all this was in clear, articulate, and well-spoken English. When I returned the call to schedule a date, I provided the two most convenient dates for my own work schedule and the representative was able to accommodate the earlier of the two dates which was only four days away. The technician, Curtis B., arrived well within the designated time frame and ready to work. He paid careful attention to neatness moving in and out of the house as necessary; and he acknowledged my cat which she always appreciates from guests! He ran the requisite diagnostics on the furnace and checked the physical condition of various components while keeping me posted on what exactly what he was doing to maintain it. He also noted a potential problem with one of the furnace components and explained what indicators there were to identify the issue. I recently purchased a new AC and heating system for over $6000. I was happy with it while it lasted but it ended up breaking less than a week later and when I called customer service for help, they didn't even seem like they cared. My house has been extremely hot without AC and they said they would send someone out soon. It's been 3 days already with no word on when they will come to fix it. Although there has been some issues with some other product Blue Dot has stood behind them bend over backwards to fix all and any problems that have arrived. I have not met anybody from the office meaning talking to on the phone that is not been very polite very professional and very helpful. I called Blue Dot to repair my 25 year old AC/heat pump. I got a next day appointment and left work early. My appointment was 1-5 pm. I called around 3pm as was told they were running behind. Ok, I understand. I waited another 2 hours, nothing. I called at 5pm, then 6pm and was told the tech was on the way. At 7pm, he still did not show up and was told the office would call me back. The office never did and as I was leaving the house at 8pm, the tech was coming up my steps. He quickly diagnose a $1300 repair. Of course, I don't have $1300 lying around. Explained my options. A salesman came the next day. The diagnosis was explained to me in plain English and since my unit was the original that came with house, I financed a new unit. Within a few days (due to my schedule not theirs), the team came and replaced the unit. The team arrived on time and filed in my house on a mission. A mission to cool down my hot house. Anthony and Jeremy W. were wonderful. They worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. They answered all my questions and explained all the new machinery to me. Sales: Mario, the sales person that came to the house, was very friendly. We spoke openly about what we were looking for, our concerns, the direction we were leaning, and he responded openly and frankly which was a nice change from a salesman. Didn't come across as trying to make the extra buck. We even had a concern that might have been a deal breaker, but he worked through it to get us what we needed. He arranged for installation to be when we asked for it (2 days later).

I was initially disappointed that I was not able to get installation immediately. I am on short term disability and had just a few days before I return to working 12 hour night shifts. They were able to schedule me on the last day when it would be convenient for me which was a saturday . They also put a window unit in so the days waiting for installation were bearable. The two technicians who came out were very thorough and seemed to really care about doing the job right. It was a difficult job. Ray Edgerton and Teklu Tadesse cleaned up perfectly. The only negative thing I would say is Mr. Edgerton talks very fast and is a little bit difficult to understand. But the work he did seemed to be superior- only time will tell for sure . He explained things to me but A. I couldn't understand his words well and B. I don't know anything about air conditioning. Therefore I had to trust them to know his stuff which it seems they did. Ray worked a 12 hour day to get my mother's new HAVC installed! This is the second time I have used Blue Dot for a HAVC installation and both times they have been excellent! Throughout the Ray's always keep us updated to the progress.
