Just wanted to say that Thomas Lyons was here today and did a great job. Having been a customer of Blue Dot for over 20 years, it appears all the old techs that came to our house have left the company. I am so happy that I found Blue Dot when I was looking on line for HVAC service. They sent someone the same day to assess my problem, then an HVAC Comfort Advisor came to explain what they recommended I do. The very next day the team was here, also a crane, which was necessary for the job. Everyone concerned was helpful, polite, worked very hard, addressed all my concerns, left the work sites, spotlessly clean. I am really thrilled. One of the reasons I chose this company was that I saw they had an A on this website and to my mind they certainly deserve it. I cannot recommend them enough. Had our house heating and air die suddenly and the service to diagnose the issues, present courses of action, and then to act on those was amazingly fast. We having the repairmen out, then the rep later that night, and they installed everything less than 12 hours later. Great service from all the folks we dealt with, and prices were competitive. The technicians were very polite and completely explained exactly what they were going to do and what needed to be done.
They described the product and how good the product is.
They took the time to show and explain the actual working of the product and what I needed to do when in question if at any time there was a problem.
They cleaned up after the job was done, which I thought was completed and also, improved on the existing conditions of our previous installation.

We used Blue Dot to install a ductless heating and cooling system. The salesman was knowledgeable and advised us of the proper unit to buy to meet our needs. The cost was reasonable. Will V. called when on his way to my home, presented a professional attitude on arrival and listened to my problem before doing his investigation. I ask a lot of questions, which I'm sure annoys some workers. Not only did Will answer all my questions, but he explained the reasoning and details of his answers.
