Just want to comment on the terrific job that Pete P and his crew did to get my heat back up and running! Pete came out in the AM, assessed the problem and when it could be corrected. When I gave Pete the backstory and also my limited time to take away from my own job, he jumped into action. He was able to get the needed part that same day, get him and his crew back that afternoon, and had my heat back on that evening!! Just great customer service, thanks Pete, and the crew. I had service personnel to my house this year. Only the last two service personnel el knew what they were doing. Had a huge problem and the female in charge was suppose to call me back and never did. Then she called me only after the next to last service personnel was at my house 5 months later o my because I complained about her!! Plus 7 years ago you installed a piece of JUNK unit!!! Courteous and professional is how I would describe the work performed which was a complete replacement of my outdoor heat pump. The sales person Doug was great through out the process, had a little clich scheduling the inspection but that was miss communication. The rough in team and their supervisor Mike ***** were awesome very personal and answered all the questions. the install team Don **** & Chris A were really good knew their trade and worked steady and the install looks great. Don took the time to really explain the new system and how to operate the thermostat. The teams were very clean and polite except one thing a large box of trash was left behind in my laundry room, may have been an over site as it was not in the immediate work area but none the less it's there and I have to haul it away. Montre and Damon were the installation team for my new Carrier heat pump unit. Both representatives of Blue Dot were knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my home. I felt they were well trained and demonstrated very good knowledge of the operation of the unit they installed. The work site was clean and neat when they left. I have used Blue Dot to service my HVAC system since they initially purchased Suburban Heating and Air Conditioning many years ago. The employees have always provided customer service. Monte and Damon proved very trustworthy and knowledgeable and continued that tradition from. I also commend Glenn ****** for his courtesy and knowledgeable assistance in purchasing the unit.
