We contacted Blue Dot for consultation and a free estimate for a new furnace installation. John V. came in just within an hour of our initial request. John provided excellent service, he was knowledgeable, fast, and totally professional. He gave us a through analysis of our HVAC needs and presented us with an array of options with detailed breakdown of the costs and incentives we could collect from BGE. Couldn't ask for more.

Will V. from Blue Dot Services of Maryland did an excellent job servicing and repairing our furnace. He came out to perform a winter tune-up and discovered a small flaw in our unit. Will repaired the flaw before it became a major issue, and since our furnace is still under warranty, we did not pay a thing for the repair. I highly recommend Will and Blue Dot to anyone with furnace issues.

I'm visiting some friends for the winter and am dissatisfied for them. The scheduling should state an estimated time of arrival and ensure that proper communication between dispatch or role there of and the technicians or role there of before calling the customer.

Everyone was professional. The job was in a small, awkward closet with a hot water heater under the heat pump, adding complications. Despite this, they were friendly and patient with the 86 year-old resident. She was very happy and quite relieved to have a new heat pump before the cold months come up.

The installers were professional and proficient. The installation of the interior unit was tricky because of the small closet it was in and that the hot water heater shared the same small closet space being underneath the heat pump. They did a good job, were patient with the 86 year old resident, and were friendly. We are quite satisfied and would recommend Blue Dot and Will V., to others in the community.

Still waiting after seven weeks and 5 phone calls only to be told two weeks ago that my free Alexa would be mail out. Surprise it hasn’t.

After calling blue dot due to issues with our fan continuously running, we had a service rep out that day, Skip informed us that the control board was bad, with that being an expensive fix we decided to look into replacing the 17 year old system. Don Jacobs came out from sales, he was very professional and did a great job of letting us know all of our options for a replacement system. Two days later Jeremy W. as well as Mike C were out to install our new system. Jeremy and Mike did a fabulous job were very considerate and professional. Anytime anyone else is in and out of your home there is a certain amount of apprehension that goes with it. Jeremy and Mike's personalities re-leaved those fears instantly. The system looks perfect, the clean up was immaculate and the instructions for use were explained in simple terms.

This has been the most frustrating company to work with! They had to come out multiple times to fix misses on the initial installation. They do not update you if they are late. Today, I recieved an invitation to rate my technician and thanking me for using them when technician never arrived. They are clearly in need or organization! It would be great if customer support actually had a computer system to look up customer information. Each time I call it’s like I am starting at the beginning. Especially due to multiple visits.

Don and Brad arrived on time and handled every detail of the installation professionally. They answered all my questions, dealt with paperwork and payment efficiently, and let me know how things were going as they proceeded. There was a minor issue with pilot lights having to be relit for two gas fireplaces because the gas had to be turned off during installation and Don handled it quickly and simply. Excellent all the way around.

After multiple service calls, including an installation which failed a county inspection, I finally had positive interactions with a technician (Thomas) and a customer service representative, Mary. Both Thomas and Mary were pleasant and accommodating. Prior to this, our technician failed to keep an appointment and when called (more than an hour after the end of the appointment time), he said that he was coming from far away; this was despite the fact that we received a call 4 hours prior to that indicating that a technician was en route. When I attempted to reschedule this appointment, I was told that I would have to wait more than 3 weeks. I asked to speak with a customer service manager, and was put on hold by Tiffany, who then came back to say that her manager, Tanika was busy but gave instructions to honor an appointment as soon as possible. I was told that Tanika would call back in approximately 10 minutes, and I called back again after more than an hour. Again, I was told that Tanika would get back to me shortly but was given her direct extension. After a weekend of not hearing anything from anyone at Blue Dot, I called Tanika’s direct extension to leave a voice mail message. 4 hours later and I’ve yet to hear from her. Also, after repeatedly asking for a specific phone number to be used for communications, the incorrect number was used. I’m extremely disappointed in a company that touts its customer service. I will do all that I can to avoid enlisting the services of Blue Dot ever again.

BD came out once a month for 3 months, same problem. On 3rd visit, scheduled 2-6, came at 6:30, too dark to work on unit, scheduled next day 10-2, showed up at 6. 3rd visit in 3 months, we should have been a priority.

The individual I talked to on the phone about renewing my service contract was very helpful and courteous. The invoice was confusing and as it turned out wrong. She figured it out the error so I could make an informed decision. The maintenance appt was very thorough and Shawnte gave me lots of excellent information to consider as my equipment ages.

r. Mike C*** is an excellent technician- interested, kind, understanding, and a skilled diagnostician who can assess the situation from the homeowner's point of view. He understands the idiosyncrasies of my unusual system (3 phase air conditioning) and is very knowledgable and careful at taking care of it. He has wonderful customer service skills.

i was told that Blue Dot dies not provide the service I requested. I was looking to have my power vent replaced with a metal chimney. Was told that they do not provide that service and I said thank you and hung up. I am not sure that you can provide good service as this is my 1st impression of this company.

Blue Dot's Ray E., Teklu T., and Richard H. were very professional and courteous on replacing existing HVAC system. They took their time to ensure proper completion/installation of the job and kept the place clean. They used drop cloths, swept and did not leave any derbies behind. The installation price was litter higher but needed the system ASAP and they were able to install within overnight notice.
