Walter "Skip" F. came out to do a check on my heating system. He was very polite the entire time and explained everything he was doing. When he found there was a problem with ignitor switch, he professionally gave me recommendations/options. At no time did I feel pressured with a sales pitch. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable.

The service provided by Jeff was excellent. However, the reason for my below average review is I just learned from the service technician that Blue Dot will no longer be servicing oil furnaces. This is the same furnace that was installed by Blue Dot just a few years ago. I think it would have been in better form to have been notified in writing, my renewal contract was just mailed and didn't mention it.

Very professional! I received a reminder call about scheduling my maintenance, received a confirmation call regarding my appointment, and received a call telling me the technician was on his way. Service was performed quickly with a few suggestions about system improvements with pressuring me to spend additional money. In addition, the technician, Frank, found a leaking water line to my humidifier and immediately ordered a replacement at no cost to me.

I've been using Blue Dot for years to insure that my a/c and furnace are both working properly prior to each cooling and heating season. Customer service has always been great ... it's easy to book an appointment ... they call you to let you know when the service person is on the way ... and I've NEVER been disappointed with the technician. Today was no exception. Zach arrived on time and was totally professional and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend him as well as the maintenance that Blue Dot is exceptional at handling.

Be nice if tech would arrive within the service window. Was suppose to come between 8 and 12- by 12:30 I had to call to cancel appointment after waiting all morning. Very disappointed.

Blue Dot has installed numerous new equipment over the years in several of my homes. Recently, for the second time, had problem with condensate drain for a furnace and hot water heater installation that resulted in flooding downstairs including finished section of basement. Technician who came said I needed a plumber and left. I was assured after first instance that this would not occur again. I was also contacted after technician left by a representative from BD indicating that I would hear from a regional manager that night and that they would stand behind their work and reimburse me if they were to blame...I am still waiting for that call five days later. Lousy service, poor attitude toward someone who has been a longstanding customer. Gave them ample time to do the right thing, They will now hear from me.

Jorge noticed that a Carrier part was defunct for the propane and will notify us when the part is available to complete the propane installation.

We cannot say enough excellent things about Mark. He showed up on time , he was VERY pleasant and he knew his trade . He went through our new Carrier heat pump system giving it a checkup which was included in our purchased . Mark explained everything he was doing and gave up great maintenance tips . Not only are they knowledgeable about HVAC systems but did everything they could to explain different steps they took, made use easier for me on different issues of systems, cleaned up refuse constantly and were polite and worked tirelessly until job was completed around the clock.
