Peter Polesky came this am for my spring maintenance. He was extremely professional, nice, and polite. I have a little dog who does not like men (he is a rescue) within the firsr 2 minutes Mr. Polesky had made friends with Charlie. Unusual! Charley followed him to ac unit and watched while he did all the checks. We talked about familys and such while he was writing up paperwork. I would not hesitate to have Mr. Polesky in my home for dinner with my family. He made a great impression on me.

On 4/24/17 Ramon R. and Chris W, who is an HVAC installation technician with Blue Dot came to my home to install a complete, new HVAC system. He was highly recommended by the Sales representative, as an excellent technician. True to his word, I found Ramon to be extremely pleasant, and willing to answer my questions and accommodate my suggestions. He was very efficient and exacting in his work. He took all necessary steps to assure that the installation was correct and that everything was functioning properly. He was easy to communicate with, and I enjoyed his pleasant sense of humor. I could no be more happy and satisfied with Ramon's (and Blue Dot's) service, and would HIGHLY recommend him (them) to anyone in the future. Ramon and Roth did an excellent job of getting my new Furnace and AC units installed. It was rather challenging as I have a 3rd floor condominium with no elevator. They completed the job in one day and reviewed both parts of the unit with me. I would definitely recommend Blue Dot to anyone

Wow, came home and on a very cold day my heat had died. My house was cold. My wife sent me an SOS text about the cold house. Called Blue Dot and within a couple of hours Peter was at my place. He took his time and ran a few test and discovered the issue. My thermostat was toast. He installed a new one and my house was back to its nice and warm place.

Thanks to Montre & Damon for going non stop all day to install the furnace, condensor & thermostat. They were very friendly & professional and explained what they were doing & explained how everything worked, how to maintain the system & how to troubleshoot and know if I need to call a tech. The only problem was the hot water heater wasn't turned back on so I got no heat or hot water after they left so I called the emergency # & Mike came & got the hot water tank adjusted, the heat going & the hot water running. So major KUDO's to the emergency call rep & Mike!! Overall a great job done by everyone involved

My 1st time using BlueDot & I'm very impressed! The tech who came to diagnosis my problem, Shawnte was on time & greeted me with a smile, introducing himself & a handshake. After telling him about the problem I was having he thoroughly check the furnace & thermostat and advised me of my options to fix or replace the aging system. He took his time explaining and showing me how the inner workings of the furnace was rusting and the parts were phasing out, then he was able to contact someone to come out the same day to give me information on replacement. Shawnte is a true asset to the company and I appreciated his expertise in explaining my options. When I need a technician again I will definitely request Shawnte and will recommend Blue Dot to family and friends. Thanks for a Great Job!

I have a service agreement. We pay $394 a year for it. Per Mary (BlueDot rep) our agreement is to cover coil cleaning and refrigerant in the spring and cleaning burners in the fall. this has never been done. I call several times, they say the manager will call me back. Tamika (mgr) has never called. 6 March they said she would call and today 11 March they said they would call. on 6 mar we paid $270 for a $30 part, plus $50 diagnostic fee, totally $310 for a 45minute visit. The tech didn't show up until 5pm, but only after I called several times.

I called Blue Dot and a service technician was dispatched and on site within 30 minutes. Problem with my furnace was diagnosed and repaired in less than 1 hour from the initial call. Matt S.
