I had a new AC unit installed today by Ray E. and Teklu T. It was not an easy install. I live in a condo; so Ray was working in a small closet space and Teklu was up on the roof. They were prompt, courteous, careful, and made sure everything was protected and cleaned up!!! Ray E. 08/16/18 |

Everyone at Blue Dot was sincerely helpful when my air conditioner died and I needed a replacement, pronto. Glenn analyzed my situation and came up with a perfect solution that fit my needs and my budget. Anthony and Louka showed up right on time, and worked quickly and expertly to get my new air conditioning/furnace unit installed. Montre P and his colleague Devonte C installed our new HVAC system and hot water tank, and did so in a professional manner. They were friendly and took the time to explain their work and answer customer questions. They went beyond expectations by working overtime to make sure we got our system up and running (as it was very hot outside) and we really appreciated having air conditioning that evening. Don and Brad were knowledgeable and friendly while installing our new HVAC system. They went above and beyond what their job duties were. I was not originally going to use Blue Dot- however, I was able to finance the system and air duct cleaning all in one which helped ease the financial burden of both expenses.
Side note: not thrilled with the person who came to give an estimate. I called this person off of a recommendation from someone- for air duct cleaning (thought he had his own business)...told me over the phone he could get me a deal for both air duct cleaning and new hvac- NEVER mentioned he was a contractor for Blue Dot until he showed up wearing a Blue Dot shirt. Also, he made it seem as if HE was the one coming back to clean the ducts- NEVER mentioned it was being outsourced to someone else. Bladimir R from Blue Dot Services of Maryland was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about services that I didn’t even know I was eligible for, and worked hard to find the answer to a problem we were having with our HVAC system. He also answered a question that I had, that no one seemed to have an answer for. Not only did he answer the question, he showed me how to work the vents to get better air flow during the summer and winter months. I am very pleased with the service we received today. I want to give a double Thumbs up to Montre P and Teklu T from Blue Dot. They were tasked to install a furnace inside a closet and an air conditioner on the roof of a 3 story building. Arriving promptly at 9am and work until 7pm with no breaks. They were curtious, answered all my questions and cleaned up as it was when they arrived.

Ramon and Jose did a fantastic job installing my new AC. i was almost mesmerized watching them work. They got there on time and finished sooner than i thought they would. i was amazed how both of them knew how to do everything. they had to be heating and air conditioning experts, expert installers, electricians, plumbers, metal workers, etc. they also knew all about the system they put in. Blue Dot was exceptional! From DJ who came out to give me the initial estimate (he was the utmost professional and very knowledgeable) to Jeremy who explained benefits and helped me to understand the financing. Then, I had Mike C, Mohammed, and Cody - they did the actual installation. What a great job they did! They were here for a day and completed the work as scheduled. I can't rave about Blue Dot enough! Several estimates and my final decision was the right one - I would recommend Blue Dot to everyone looking for experience, professionalism, on time and scheduled maintenance, and they gave me the best price for what I needed. And, the follow up from the office was great! I talked to a couple of Blue Dots customer service reps and they were just as good as the guys who did the installation. Called for service and due to company being swamped with calls, the technician never showed at specified time. I called to see if there was a delay and was informed i would NOT be getting service that evening. now they knew that long before my scheduled appointment time and i NEVER received a call to notify me they wouldn't be coming. I took off work to accomodate the repair schedule. BLUEDOT chose NOT to inform me that they wouldn't be coming.I had to make a phone call when tech did not show, to find out they weren't coming.This is a horrible policy of not keeping
your customers in the know as to scheduling changes. I would rate BLUEDOT an F or Zero for their service scheduling system. Amanda W. 07/03/18 |

Montre was fantastic. Both he and Devonte were on time, professional, and thorough.
The were conscientious by ensuring to wear shoe coverings while they were inside and used drop clothes in the work space and removed all the debris.
When they were done, Montre explained how the entire system worked and answered allot of questions clearly and completely

Blue Dot just installed new AC for me. The installer team included
Damon H. and Erik P. They were terrific! It was a complicated job,
they solved several problems and made sure we were happy with the
solutions. I also want to thank and praise the salesman Jeff. H., who
treated us very well and also did his best to make sure we got what we
needed. There were several other people who helped with this job, who
were behind the scenes for me - I don't know who they are, but they

We needed a furnace and called Blue Dot. The technicians were very friendly and we were happy with the work. After they were gone we noticed one of our power tools was missing. I called the company repeatedly asking if it had been picked up by accident when the techs were cleaning up since NO ONE else had been in our home for weeks. I was promised that they would check and get back to me. No returns calls have been received and it's over 6 weeks. We purchased a replacement for the tool but it is sad. We paid premium a premium price and expected that the company was reputable (in 30+ years as homeowners have only ever used BGE or BGE Home). It's sad that the only recommendation Blue Dot will receive from us is that our power drill disappeared on their time. Donald B. 06/25/18 |
