My air conditioning was blowing out cold air and I needed an appointment fast. I got an appointment the day I called. Service technician Thomas Lyons arrived right on time and began to diagnose my system. He kept me informed with what was causing the problem and fixed it with the utmost professionalism. Thanks for an excellent job!

My service professional Thomas Lyons went above and beyond my expectations on a recent air conditioning issue. From the first contact from him (a call letting me know he was on his way), until a leak in my system that he detected and fixed (that had been there since 2014's installation), Thomas promised us that he would fix the issue and he certainly did. Thomas was a pleasure to speak with and he kept me in the loop with all that was happening during the appointment. A true professional. I would recommend him for any issue you are having with your HVAC system. Thanks again for job well done!

Technician Thomas Lyons came to my home because my air conditioner was not pumping out cool air. From the very beginning (calling to let me know he was on his way) until he completed the job (fixing a leak that had been in my system since it's installation in 2014) Thomas was a true professional. I truly can not say enough good things about the job that was done by this service professional. He was right on time with the appointment times scheduled, he was detailed in describing what our problem was, he explained what needed to be fixed, and he just a great guy overall. Kudos to a job well done. If all Blue Dot techs are as great as he was, then I highly recommend dealing with them for any HVAC issues!

We called Blue Dot because we needed a new furnace, central air conditioner and extensive duct work. A representative came to our home that day. We had an estimate two days later and installation began a week after that. Everyone from the initial visit until the job was completed was very polite, their work was excellent, our home was clean when they left, and we are thrilled. Ben, Don B. and Brad M. were great. ben stringhall sold me a pig in a poke....just a plenum swap....took 4 techs to get it right...sold one job and mis-installed a cheaper one. DO NOT USE BLUE DOT! ben is not on the above list....none of the techs are!

Blue Dot have provided exceptional service both selling, installing, and servicing our heat pump. Their service/installation technicians are courteous, efficient, well-trained, and effective. They communicate readily so one always knows what is happening. The sales personnel are excellent; don't try to sell you the most expensive equipment, but the unit that is right for your needs. I have called and left several messages for Tamika who have not returned my calls. I think that returning of phone calls to customers is very important since I have been a customer for a long time and have referred a lot of people to them who used them to install their units. If I am not longer wanted as a customer then I can accept that and move along. But will make that no one I know use them again. I will put that in my community news letter

Ray E just finished up installing our HVAC system and humidifier with the assistance of Teklu T. Both workers were phenomenal, courteous and got the job done properly. The system is up and running and working well. Ray took the time to really explain the product to me and provided helpful maintenance tips in order to prolong the life of our unit. I was very impressed - he is truly an asset for BlueDot. Keep up the good work - we will be referring BlueDot to any friends/family.

Dear Blue Dot on 3/33/2017 I contacted Blue Dot for routine service for our HVAC maintenance check. I have been a customer of Blue Dot for several years. Last night my heating system started making terrible noises as smoke and a terrible smell filled our entire home. This afternoon I made an appointment with another company to repair and restore heat to my home. I was present today and watched the technician trouble shoot my system from start to finish as he inspected my system. He quickly discovered that the blue dot capacitor I had installed last year was not I installed properly. It was poorly zip tied in heating system and was not the correct replacement for the OEM part. The combination of improper part and incorrect installation led to the electrical arching between the the capacitor and the hvac casing. Again I was present for all portions of today's repair and was very disappointed by the experience. As a recurring customer of Blue Dot I am very concerned. I have taken several pictures to illustrate the electrical damage to the capacitor, HVAC housing, as well as the zip tied capacitor as it was installed. I look forward to hearing from your office, I am also able to.provide receipts and pictures upon request.

Tiyese Pope and Tek-Lou did an amazing job, and I was very satisfied with their work ethic and respectful demeanor. I felt confident the entire time that they were provided the same service to me that they would provide in their own family's homes. James Mackereth and Brad Macko were also great, but I didn't deal with them too much personally.

The Blue Dot customer service started out great from the start. My furnace died days before a snow storm and after calling Blue Dot, they had a technician (Shawnte White) at my house within 2 hours on a Sunday. Shawnte identified the problem within minutes, but also recommended that I fix the entire furnace. I agreed to replace the furnace and A.C. Unit, along with the water heater. The team that performed this job was amazing. They arrived at my house that following Tuesday promptly at 8:30AM (Tiyese Pope & Tek-Lou) as promised (instead of some 4 hour window). Along with atleast two other members of their team (James Mackereth & Brad Macko), they had all three units completely replaced and up & running that same day. I mainly dealt with Tiyese and Tek-Lou, who were very respectful and seemed to work non-stop until the job was done. I would definitely recommend Blue Dot to any of my friends, family or co-workers. Their customer service by far exceeded my expectations.
