He gave us an excellent worksheet pointed out work performed, recommendations, check list items etc. He detected a problem that needs immediate attention and we are confident with his advice and options information we will use Blue Dot to give us the products/services we decide to select.

A dedicated and loyal employee (talks highly of Blue Dot), Perry takes his job seriously. He analyses each situation and determines the best approach to get the job done. I would like to commend Jeff Martin for the exceptional work he did putting in our new Hot Water Heater. Jeff did not only install the water heater, he explain the process. Your technician Justin B. came out late at night and in bad weather to re-install a drain pan safety switch which had worked itself loose. He was courteous, professional and thorough in that he not only identified the problem but also reviewed the unit for any other potential difficulties and made several recommenmdations. He fixed the switch to the drain pan in a manner where it most likely won't come loose again.

The last tech, Kevin L was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful in explaining additional information. Actually, I think all the techs who come here are excellent and very friendly but I believe Kevin has given me additional information and seemed the "most concerned" about the issues we are having with our newly installed HVAC in our home. He explained some additional ideas and tells us he will pursue them back at the office and with our sales person, Dan. Hopefully the issue can be resolved. As we explained to Kevin, we had wanted to purchase a "747" of HVACs and a Cessna was delivered (so it seems). There is a problem and we just need to figure it all out. Todays issue of the "out of balance fan and motor" totally resolved. Now smooth as a babies bottom.......

Though I took heat from my children, I ordered a complete heating and cooling system. It was expensive but the two man crew that installed it were real pros and did a fantastic job on one of the hottest days of the year. Robbie and Don worked smoothly together as a team and completed the installation in time specified. Overall I am very pleased.

From Calvin, the service technician, to Lou the sales consultant, to Shawn, Robbie and Don the service specialists and installers, what a great team of employees that took an unfortunate time of replacing our HVAC unit and making the ordeal much less painful. All of these men were very professional and courteous and thorough. They all took their time and walked us through all of the processes and explained everything. Blue Dot installed our complete new HVAC system 3 years ago and I have only great things to say about the installers and the company since then. Thomas was great during this past visit taking care of our warranty issue quickly and efficiently. He was also quite personable which we really appreciate.
