After asking four different companies to come in with estimates, I settled on Blue Dot. Glenn C was patient and very clear in explaining alternatives and pricing to replace my failing oil furnace. The two service specialists, Mike and Tony, came the day of installation and quickly and efficiently installed my new system. Although they needed to move between the attic, the furnace room, and outside, they were as unobtrusive as possible and always kept a watchful eye not to let either of my two large dogs run through an open door. I was very satisfied with the whole process and would not hesitate to recommend Blue Dot to anyone looking for expert advice and assistance with heating and air conditioning.

Don Jacobs "DJ" is up to speed on all the newest systems. His knowledge and experience are outstanding in this field. He arrived precisely on time and was friendly and courteous. Since he had a trainee with him, I got a complete narrative and blow-by-blow description of the whole inspection process. He immediately recognized that the Company had erroneous info on the extent of my system The Company had never deleted the old system files after installing a new system in 2012. Don initiated an update. I will request him on future visits if the Company is wise enough to retain him

Regarding Adam Betts; Adam has been our service technician for many years. He services our heater, air conditioner, humidifier, and dehumidifier. He is very courteous and most of all, I trust his judgement and work. He never rushes us through his appointment and explains what he is doing so that we understand. He always puts on booties to cover his shoe before entering the house so as not to bring in dirt from the outside. He is knowledgeable about what he does and explains it to us without a problem. I misplaced the business card of the sales rep who provided our estimate, but he was superb, efficient, helpful., knowledgeable. The four technicians who completed the installation of our new HVAC units, Matt, Rick, Steve, and Taylor were all efficient and skilled.

Chuck designed and arranged the new heating and A/C system from Carrier that we installed in September. Made sure we got what we needed and that we didn't pay any more than necessary. The install team was great. They were prompt (came the next day) were fast (4 units: attic, basement and outside all in one day) and clean (no mishaps and left the place immaculate). Top notch performance.

Hi, I purchased a new A/C system. The salesman was knowledgeable, not pushy, did not try to force products on me that I did not want or need (unlike other companies), and he worked with me to negotiate the deal that I wanted (equipment, cost, schedule, services). Although negotiated in the evening, the service technicians were there first thing in the morning, they had the equipment, and they finished ahead of schedule. They took time to explain what they were doing and why and seemed to take pride in their work, and it looks like they did the little things to make a good solution and to prevent problems (sealing, caulking, leak detectors) that they did not have to. So far, a day, the system is working fine, and if I needed another system (e.g., furnace, or A/C for the other zone) I would start out by calling them. Rich K.

Daren has been coming to service our furnace/airconditioning units for the 10 years I have been in this house. He is a true professional, very knowledgeable and has an amazing work ethic. He was able to fix a huge problem that the electricians could not figure out themselves which they caused after they installed a generator. Daren had also recommended and installed the "Air Scrubber" filter which has been very effective. My late husband also thought the world of Daren's work. As a result of knowing I can depend on a trustworthy service technician with Daren's qualities, I have remained with Blue Dot.

Blue Dot installed a new heating system for us on Sept. 11, 2013. We chose them because the existing system was provided by them in 1988 and we have had good service from that unit and from the Blue Dot people since we owned the house. Lou Kopp was the sales representative who worked our project. He was attentive, courteous and helpful in all details of the installation. The installation team - Matt, Steve, Keith, Jason, and Kevin - removed the old system and installed the new in less time than one would expect, doing it efficiently and professionally. These are the kind of people I like to have do projects for us. Good work!

Steve Berry and his coworker, Willis were very professional when installing our new oil burner. They were friendly, but worked very hard all day completing their install job. Their work looks good and we were satisfied with the process with Blue Dot. From the original technician, Adam and our salesman, Chuck. It was reassuring that there are checks and balances with Steve's supervisor, Wesley and Adam the technician back to test everything. Our overall experience was great and we would recommend Blue Dot in the future.
