I had a problem with Oral B's satisfaction guarantee refund promise (run by Procter & Gamble) as they kept not sending me my refund card. If not for the Better Business Bureau helping me (they had to send several messages to the company), I would not have received my $200 back, despite clearly following all of the stipulations. I GREATLY appreciate the BBB standing up for consumers-thanks!!

Very polite and professional but did nothing that helped me. Absolutely nothing. I was amazed by that. My complaint was 100% legitimate but complaining through the BBB was 100% a waste of time. I'm sad, disappointed, and still incredibly damaged by a Cincinnati business.

The agent contacted Roto-rooter who in tern contacted me immediately and agreed to resolve the issue and gave me a full refund. The agent was quick and professional

I know theirs not alot that can be done in the situation my client was put in. I just appreciate that this company is there to take complaints so others know what the company does and how they mistreat their clients if a client don't agree. But in this line of work we're supposed to be compassionate and understanding to an individuals needs. Not yell at them and take away their workers because another worker lies and breaks hippa. Just crazy situation but I'm glad you all are there to do what you do.

The Better Business Bureau only receives complaints; and informs other side involved. There is no guarantee for issues to be resolved. Definitely if other side involved; refuses to take responsibility for their actions. As far as services received with this company; communication occured with two different individuals. One seemed professional and did their best to resolve matter. And the other individual was abrasive.

BBB was able to resolve my issue with Macy’s in a few weeks, with a next day response from Macy’s. I had been trying for 6 months to resolve my problem with no results. Thank you BBB!!!

The better business bureau is where I always go to to check out a business. Wish I would have checked Red Door Residential before I started working there. Sad for them they picked the wrong person to try to do what they done. But thank goodness the better business bureau is here so they can help loom into injustice and help people get done what they need done. Keep up the good work yall!

My opening a claim did get the business's attention and they finally took action and came and replaced my picture window--but then 2 other windows were found to have broken seals --They have been ordered and I just have to wait for them to call me to schedule a time to install---I paid one $99 trip charge when they came the 1st time--and was told I would NOT have to pay another--I wanted to keep the claim open until the 2 other windows are installed and to make sure they do not charge me again--but Gail S closed the claim--I am not happy about this

The Better Business Bureau Always There for Me. Their website is very easy to research and see how businesses are doing by reading the reviews or complaints whether the business is BBB Accredited or not. You see how the business is performing to their customer satisfaction and then decide if you feel confident with them. My latest experience was to research the company I was having issues with. Read others' complaint and decided that I need to file a complaint as well. The process was easy and fast. That companies representative contacted me within a couple of days and started their process to address my complaint. Within two weeks my issue was resolved. I'm glad I used the BBB to help me get this problem fixed. They provide a great service to the consumer as well as the community in which they support.

I clicked on an advertisement online. I wanted to look at the product they were CDB gummy bears for sale. The product stated it would be $30 for a bottle I thought I would give it a try. I clicked on the byproduct and then a bunch of advertisements came up for other things which I declined. After going through the products and coming to the end receipt I paid the $30. Then my receipt came back and it was $152. I then contacted customer support and was told that the money has already been taken out of my account. If I didn’t like the product I could send it back for a refund. I told him that I did not want to pay that much money for five bottles of the product I just wanted the one. The gentleman told me too bad when you get the product if you don’t like it send it back in five or six weeks. The next day I went online to the Better Business Bureau and filled out a report because I wanted other people to find out about it. The next day I received a call from Tammy B From the Better Business Bureau she wanted a little more information about the company I advised her that I had located the name of the company and the phone number she stated she would see what you could do. To my surprise the next day I received the email from customer service of the company. The email stated you could have 75% off and just send the The rest of Back. I returned the email stating that I did not want the product I wanted a full refund and nothing to do with that company anymore. To my surprise I was also signed up for annual shipment of the product. Thanks for the efforts of Tammy B The next day the entire refund of the $150 was in my account. Without the help of the Better Business Bureau I don’t think I’ve ever would’ve received any amount of the money back and would’ve been signed up for a yearly delivery of the product. This is the first time I’ve use the Better Business Bureau and learned a lesson it pays. Thank you for your help Tammy B

The BBB was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in resolving my experience with one of their member businesses. There was a large sum of money involved and the business had all but taken my $$ and abandoned me by not communicating or taking/returning my calls or email inquiries. It was only after enduring 7 long months and getting the BBB involved that the company even responded to me and finally made progress on my project. Even once the work on my project had finally commenced, the business NEVER contacted me directly. The only communication I had was thru the BBB. Were it not for the BBB, I would still be hanging in the wind and out a significant sum of CASH.

My complaint was filed on 1/21/2021. It was accepted on referred on to Superior Honda. The general sales manager, Chris Heck, has been very helpful in alleviating my concerns. Of concern to me now is the recent email I received from Tina Geers, BBB, telling me that my complaint is ouside BBB's scope.

I rarely come to BBB and certainly relay on them for ensuring companies are complying and acting in an ethical manner. However, this recent experience, my representative took several days to get back to me and never called me as promised. I understand we are all coping through this pandemic, but this past experience with the company I had to report, was extremely sensitive for me. I hope that if a future incident occurs, I get to speak to a human versus the system. However, thank you for your continued support.

Cincinnati Better Business Bureau was very instrumental in processing our complaint. We truly believe we would not have been able to achieve the results without BBB involvement. BBB employees were very professional and easy to explain our problem to. Thank you Cincinnati BBB!

Our experience with the Better Business Bureau was truly wonderful. We contacted them when our new truck was damaged at Bush Auto Place while there for a minor repair. The damage was so severe that the trucks hood had to be painted. They did not notify us when this happened, they did the repairs with out our input. When we went to pick up the truck, the paint job on the truck was not satisfactory. We took the truck to a different chevrolet body and paint shop for an estimate. This place agreed the job done on our truck was sub par. The BBB contacted Bush Auto Place and they agreed to pay for the new paint job. We are not sure this would have ended this way without the invinvolvement of the BBB.
