I bought Travel guard Insurance AIG for a flight for my friend to go from Cincinnati to Austin Texas to visit her cousins. It was a gift from me to her and she had to cancel for medical reasons. She might loose her Leg and Travel Guard insurance which I paid for will not give me a refund I have fought them for 3 weeks I believe when you pay for a service the company you got that service through should honor there agreement

I love BBB! They have helped me to resolve matters with establishments that are less than willing to live up to their promises or simply provide what I’ve paid for! I was expecting help with a business that refused to replace lenses on eyeglasses or refund money for eyeglasses I could not use. Instead I ended up wasting my time. They just had me write out the issued and accepted the company's decision not tor replace or refund money. I have never been so disappointed.

Tina was exceptional. I was having serious issues getting in touch with a major retailer and the phone was always busy and they would not stand by their product, but Tina was able to cut through the red tape and get the matter resolved quickly. I highly recommend using The BBB.

Every time I contacted the BBB the company made contact with me within a week or so. It is because of the BBB my windows were finally installed. Thank you sooooo much BBB. It has been a year for my case to be resolved but as of last week, the windows are in!! Respectfully,

I am most appreciative of the BBB for handling my case. It took me months of trying to do things on my own and obtaining the run around from the company that refused to help me. The BBB was contacted and remained diligent in assuring the company was doing what they were supposed to, to correct my problem. I have used the BBB several times and I love you all and thank you all for everything. You are an Amazing company with great staff that take pride in their job. That alone shows greatness because not many people go the extra mile to work at anything these days. You all show that work means just that, to work and get things done. BE BLESSED ALWAYS.

I recently filed a complaint with the BBB concerning major issues I had with Affordable Movers if Cincinnati. I reached out to the BBB because the owner of the business would not return my daily contacts. The BBB did a good job helping me communicate with the business, however the case was closed as unresolved because the business did not respond to my complaint. I understand this hurts the businesses rating, but it does nothing for me resolving my damaged furniture issues. Resolution would have resulted with 5 stars.

The business did not respond to my case complaint. When there is no response within 30 days, I think the BBB should do a follow up with that business instead of dropping the case and telling the customer to pursue other options. Opening the BBB case was no different then me sending the business an email and not getting a response. I expected the BBB to do more than send 1 email to the company.

I have always been a proponent of BBB and other like organizations. When I was a kid the town knew which businesses were bad by word of mouth but we don't seem to have that anymore so the only place you can protect yourself somewhat is through these types of organizations but participation in that has probably dropped off too, sad. We need to get back to the old days people, come on, I'm tired of being taken lol.

Very quick, easy and helpful. More people need to do this to help weed out the bad apples in our society and to be aware of who we are dealing with BEFORE we get hosed. We have enough problems as it is. If I had used the BBB before I rented from last landlord I would not be writing this review! Figures huh.

I have been in contact with Champions windows since Oct of last year. As a result of our sunroom leak, our floor was damaged and has a rotten spot. They sent several crews by to find the leaks which they thought was on the walls. They never found the leak and sent an appraiser from their insurance company. He completed and made a written offer, which the insurance company withdrew because they felt the Champion warranty should handle. 8 months later I still cannot use my sunroom.

After weeks of calling the Cincinnati Enquirer on an almost daily basis to get the paper delivered to our house instead of the top of a shared driveway, I finally decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Once I did this I immediately got a call from a manager and he followed up every day until we finally got the paper delivered to the right place. We really got no help with this issue until the Better Business Bureau stepped in. I was very pleased that this avenue worked to fix our issue.

The BBB was easy to work with got to the bottom of the issues and got me results that I tried to get by myself and could not get any results from the dealership. The BBB work with me and I was very satisfied with ms. Piaga I think that’s the correct spelling of her name if not I apologize but she was great to work with and if I should ever have a problem again I would not think twice about involving the BBB again and I would recommend the BBB to anyone that is getting the run around from a business. Response to my BBB posting was (almost ) instantaneous. The relevant company really paid attention to the complaint. Pity they had not previously responded to my 4 e-mails, 4 telephone calls and one letter

Within one day of contacting the BBB, the business contacted me and within 3 days sent a rep out to review the problem. They admitted the installation was bad and are in the process of scheduling a complete redo of the work,

The BBB responded the same business day and stayed on top of our complaint regardless of the company we filed the claim against, repeated requests to close the file when the issue has not yet been resolved. If it weren't for the BBB the issue may not have been resolved. Thank you!

I spoke with the BBB and they were great to work with they set everything up to where I could speak with the Dealership and present my paperwork and get down to the facts of my complaint and got it resolved getting me what was owed to me. I would recommend them to anyone that is having a issue with a business they will get to the bottom of the problem of wrong doing by shady dealership taking advantage of the public.Mike Polly

This process is very easy to do, fast, and was quickly resolved. I understand that not every issue can always be resolved, but I do believe that having the Better Business Bureau mediate between the customer and business makes it much more likely that action will be taken. I was having difficulty receiving a refund from a nationally known chain store. When I contacted the store, I kept getting the run around. After many hours spent trying to resolve the issue, I contacted the BBB. Almost immediately the store management called me and made the necessary corrections. It was very easy to go online to the BBB site, fill out the necessary information, and then participate in the resolution. I am so thankful this service is available! Thank you Better Business Bureau!

I had a large addition that was several months late with very little communication from the vendor. I did notice that things did get moving shortly after reaching out to BBB (thank you). However, when updates come from BBB, there is only an ACCEPT / REJECT option. If you accept the comment, they indicate that you are stating the issue is fully resolved.. which it has not so I rejected with comment. The job is only 1/2 complete and learned that BBB closed the complaint as complete but customer still unsatisfied! This is not complete and there is no clear way to re-open the complaint. I believe BBB is being measured on the length of time the complaints are open.. if they stay open too long, they get rated accordingly. I believe they closed the complaint too soon and now don't know if the vendor will actually complete the build in a timely basis now that the complaint is closed.
