Gail was good but my claim did not get resolved because the company Midwest Liners only answered back once and when I counter his statements he did not counter back and it was closed unresolved, so I caught no where.

Thank you for your help even though fifth third still says payments were late they were not I just did not include escrow amount because I had paid the taxes I think that's an unfair buisness practice thank you Tina for trying to help

The agent was extremely intelligent, important since my complaint involved four states. The only area of improvement was to have understood that I, as an author, counted the same as a big business as far a the senior help lines in the states are concerned.

Your service is the worst and slowest I had ever got for a vital trouble in my life WITH NO SOLUTION AT ALL. I WOULD RATHER ASK YOU TO STOP YOUR SERVICE TO POEPLE SINCE YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY KIND OF NEITHER LOGIC UNDERSTANDING, NOR KNOWLEDGE, NOR EXPERIENCE. I was amazed that I received an immediate response and that the manufacturer then responded quickly also. I was at a loss as to how I was going to get the new $700.00 item repaired or replaced.

I heard nothing back form you until your request for a review! The matter is still unresolved. As far as I can tell, STORMAID Restoration of West Chester is a scam operation. They took my money in August 2019 and have NOT attempted to complete the project. Lies and deceit have been their standard practice.

They responded to my request immediately I didn't have no problems. They even contacted me to be sure I was satisfied about my results. I really recommend if you have any issues concerning anything contact them they will get it done. Thank You BBB.

The agent I dealt with understood my issues and taught me a few things about BBB. BBB is not a court of law. Many folks do not understand that even a court of law cannot force payment if the other party is slippery enough. I called the attorney general's office, as was suggested, and got the cold shoulder because I am a 78-year-old author who signed a contract to sell books at expo venues. Right there, I became a business, not a victim (although I think I am a victim because the $1500 I paid for the space has not been repaid. (Or emails answered) I investigated far enough to discover the Great Homeschool group in question was not registered in the state of Ohio, and is under the aegis of a non-profit healthcare company in an unknown relationship. The word "Non-profit" caused me to question whether I would ever get satisfaction. While I had registered with several other organizations in the same manner, they (even if it took many months) repaid 95% of what I had given them. What is the BBB function here? Some businesses care and some don't - care about you or anything except your money....

I never heard from the BBB regarding my complaint. I don't know if they even contacted the company. No one ever contacted me regarding this issue or to see if it had been resolved. BBB did nothing to assist in this matter. I resolved my own problem but was left with a larger one when the company delivered the merchandise and broke the front door to my business in the process. I now have to take up more of my time to resolve that issue.

Thank goodness for the BBB. I had purchased a good from a national company, but that good was not provided. I contacted the company repeatedly, and went through their corporate customer service process to no avail. It was not until I contacted the BBB that I started receiving communication from the company regarding my expensive purchase. Tammy at the BBB in Cincinnati was quick and thorough with her service.

I contacted BBB because my lenses provider did not want to change my deficient coating lenses. I did It because the lenses provider asked me to fill too many forms for claiming and at the end they said no possibly to replace my lenses because I did not bought at the time of purchase of them , a 25 CND insurance . After several days in the process and exhausted of trying with them and always getting their negativity, I contacted BBB , I explained my case and immediately they took the proper approach with the lenses provider and finally the lenses provider decided to replace the bad quality coating lenses.

I took care of the resolution of the issue with Bits & Pieces- BBB didn’t do anything, AS USUAL for the customer. You should change your name to reflect being a staudt supporter of all businesses and NO customers. Your theory when initiated might have been ideal, but as usual, your JUST a business and only care about the bottom dollar- I’m sure you’re getting kickbacks from every business you help screw a customer.

The BBB did a great job in contacting the appliance parts company that took my order for a part that was stated to be in stock but had still not shipped the part after 3 weeks. The BBB was able to quickly get me a full refund and I was able to get the part elsewhere. I appreciate the work that the Better Business Bureau provides. Thank you.
