This was the first time I had ever used the BBB services. The process was quick and easy to complete. Without help from my representative and the BBB I don't believe we would have gotten a complete refund. My thanks to Tammy B. and the Better Business Bureau.

I had a issue with a company located in Cincinnati, OH. I contacted the BBB about the concern. They were very helpful and immediately started an investigation. This resulted in a full refund in a matter of a few days from the company in question. Thank you so much for your help and fast response.

I had fairly quick response to my concerns, however, when you did not get any response from the company that I and others felt was a scam, I received what I consider a stock answer. "The company did not respond and we could not contact anyone involved, so the case will be closed" seems like a typical nonresponse to me. I do not feel you worked hard enough to try to find out what was happening. My credit card company was able to contact them and is working on the case. Recently I made a complaint to BBB Cincinnati regarding our Internet service. My complaint was closed without a single response from the Internet Service Provider. Don't waste your time complaining to BBB. I would rather complain to my dog, who will give a better response. Do you wonder why most businesses have A ratings with BBB? That is because they don't take real complaints like mine. They protect the big companies where they are probably getting a kickback. I guess the only option I have left is to higher a lawyer. I would not recommend BBB to anybody.

The first emails regarding the situation was a quick response. The second email was asking to reply in 7 days to review how the complaint was being handled. Since I wasn't available to respond within that time frame, the case was closed and the complaint was still valid. Still waiting on an answer from the company.

Her explanations helped me to understand the process from her end of what was happening to what I need to do and what was going on and what to expect on my end. Delivery delays and non correspondence with the business I was buying from had me resort to their local BBB. Funny how filing a complaint through the BBB, the company was finally able to quickly resolve my matter. Would definitely recommend filing a complaint in the future with the BBB when I can’t get a hold of the business I’m using.

I can't say enough good things about the BBB. This claim was routed until it found the proper claim office (I had incorrect information), and settled within a week! That is particularly awesome because well, first I had the wrong info, but also because I couldn't even get the company in question to even respond to me! But they responded to the BBB in record time! Case closed! :)

From beginning to end, BBB rocked this! Apparently I had the wrong contact for the business, but that didn't stop the BBB! Within only a few days, the claim was routed around until it found the correct home and then...Bam! It was settled! I think the whole thing took less than a week? BBB rocked this!

The csr that I worked with was all over the place. I had to reach out to her multiple times to send her additional information. I also had to remind her about my case due to “she works so many a day”. I don’t feel her and the team took consideration on the quality of the information I gave them. The only why I give her a three star is because she communicated with me after we exchanged emails. When I posted the complaint on the bbb website I was able to obtain information that the property manager wasn’t willing to give me before.

I filed a complaint with the BBB and they told me that they tried to contact the contractor several times, but they wouldn’t reply. Since they wouldn’t reply, the BBB dropped the case. Of corse the contractor wouldn’t reply because he cheated me. I don’t understand why they would drop the case for that reason.

Don’t waste your time with the BBB. It will only be a waste of time and produce absolutely no positive outcome. I have filed 3 complaints over the past 20 years and all have been for nothing. I even had a court judgement awarded and the BBB still would not post my negative review even though they stated they would once a judgement was awarded. Absolutely no contact or replies ever from the BBB. I sure hope our tax dollars are not going to fund this worthless organization. The BBB once stood for something but now it only panders to their paid members and act as lip service to those with real problems. Trust me. Don’t waste your time. If you have a problem and can take it through the court system, do that instead.

I purchased windows and a patio door for my home a few years ago . These windows and doors were still under warranted and defective , displaying cloudiness , loss of heat and energy bills increasing . I complained to the company a after the service call , my replacement windows were supposedly entered to replace all of my window and patio door . This should have been delivered , and installed around twelve weeks ., but that didn’t happen . Two years later still no results , I reached out to the BBB and filed a complaint on a Friday by Monday the next week I was contacted by the company and insured the order is now placed . I should expect delivery around March .the company p promise to follow through and update with the progress . I so appreciate the BBB as a resource to help consumers like me , resolve issues with big companies .

Emily was very helpful. Unfortunately the business you have a dispute with needs to be a willing participant in the process. TriHealth was not but this was not Emily's fault. I thank her for her efforts and urge anyone who has an issue to give the BBB a chance as most companies care about their ratings and their costumer's happiness with their services.

I have to say that I'm not pleased with how the plumbing company Roto Rooter left my sink with a leak, did not return my calls to resolve this issue before I turned to you for help, only for you to accept the scripted business response they provided you and you closed the inquiry. As a result, I have to get another company to fix a problem that I didn't have.

This was my first time using the BBB and did not know what to expect. My issue with the business involved had come to a standstill. Within a few days of filing my complaint with the BBB, and getting an acknowledgement that the business in question had been contacted, I was contacted by the business involved. The resolution process moved forward with one other nudge from the BBB. Overall I was extremely happy with the prompt replies and and efforts put forth by the BBB to obtain a resolution.
