I purchased an item on line and upon receiving it the inspection tag indicated it was over three years old, had dings and scratches and didn't work. The merchant did want to take it back instead wanted me work with the manufacturer. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and within a week I had a return authorization and my credit card credited. Many thanks to the BBB.

This was a waste of my time and effort done in good Faith. Nothing happened that was beneficial for my family and Beechmont racquet club still is keeping my hard-earned money. Even though I can’t use their facilities for any foreseeable future.

Although my complaint was not resolved, I feel that the exposure for Cristo Homes is necessary. They don't have very good and fair business practices. The BBB has always responded to my issues immediately and with diligence. That's why I always call on them. I've been using their service for many years now. I will use it again and again.

I am very pleased with the service provided by the BBB. Whenever I have an issue with a business, they have always provided prompt and courteous service. I was not happy with my last complaint with Cristo Homes. I hope future buyers will beware. I will call on the BBB again and again. Thank you BBB

G WORST PERSON EVER TO TRY TO HELP SOMEONE AT UPS NO WONDER UPS DRIVERS ARE SO OUT OF WACK LOOK AT THE PEOPLE WORKING IN ATLANTA GEORGIA UPS CORPORATE OFFICERS DONT KNOW HOW TINA. G GOT HER JOB WORKING AT UPS TRYING TO HANDLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE ISSUES WHEN SHE IS NOT EDUCATED ENOUGH OR QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO HANDLE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TINA. G MUST HAVE RELATIVES OR SOMETHING WORKING AT UPS HANDLING BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINTS THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN SEE HER HAVING A JOB ANYWHERE BUT THATS HOW IT IS WORKING FOR UPS YOU DONT NEED A EDUCATION DEFINITELY DONT NEED A DEGREE OF SOME SORT. G TOLD ME THAT MY PACKAGES WERE GOING TO SOMEWHERE BACK EAST IN MINNESOTA, SHE SAID THAT THE UPS DRIVERS NEEDED AN APARTMENT NUMBER TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES, WHICH WAS A LIE I GAVE HER THE TRACKING NUMBER, I TOLD HER I ALREADY HAD PULLED UP THE TRACKING INFORMATION I WAS LOOKING AT WHAT THE TRACKING INFORMATION SAID THAT UPS DRIVER NEEDED AN APARTMENT NUMBER TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES....I TOLD TINA. G I WAS LOOKING AT THE TRACKING INFORMATION TO AND IT DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ME LIVING IN MINNESOTA...HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU GET AN APARTMENT NUMBER WHEN YOUR PACKAGES IS GOING TO OUR PO BOX. HERE IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA...AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE WITH TINA. G FOR ALMOST 20 MINUTES SHE STARTED CALLING ME MRS. ROBINSON, I SAID IM MRS. PHILLIPS...THE SHE TELLS ME THAT TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS MY NAME IS MRS. ROBINSON...I REPEATED THE TRACKING NUMBER TO TINA.G TWICE AND SHE REPEATED IT BACK TO ME...AFTER BEING ON THE PHONE WITH HER FOR ABOUT 20 MINUTES TINA.G ASK ME TO REPEAT THE TRACKING NUMBER AGAIN AND I DID, THEN SHE LIES AND TELLS ME THAT TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS I LIVE IN MINNESOTA AND THE UPS DRIVERS NEEDED AN APARTMENT NUMBER....I TOLD TINA. G I WAS GOING SUE HER UPS FOR LYING ABOUT ABOUT EVERYTHING, MY SON HAD TO TAKE OFF FROM WORK TO TAKE ME TO UPS FACILITY TO PICK UP MY PACKAGES WHEN WE GET THERE THE LINE IS GOING RAPED AROUND THE UPS BUILDING WITH OVER 100 OF PEOPLE WAITING IN LINE TO PICK UP THERE PACKAGES BECAUSE UPS DRIVERS LIED ABOUT CUSTOMER ADDRESS AND THE REASON WHY THEY COULDNT DELIVER THEIR PACKAGES TO THEIR DESTINATIONS. WHEN WE FINALLY GOT MY PACKAGES THE BOX HAD BEEN STRIPPED OPEN AND RE-TAPED BACK TOGETHER AGAIN...I ORDERED 6 ITEMS FROM MACYS AND ONLY 2 ITEMS WERE IN THE BOX, THE REASON WHY UPS DRIVERS DIDNT WANT TO DELIVERY OUR PACKAGES TO THEIR DESTINATIONS IS BECAUSE UPS DRIVERS HAD OPEN OUR PACKAGES AND STOLEN OUR MERCHANDISE, MY SON AND I TOOK PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGES SO SOON AS THE GUY AT UPS HANDED US OUR PACKAGES THERE WAS A MR. ALEXANDER FROM CORPORATE AT UPS FACILITY AND WHEN HE SAW THE DAMAGE OF MY PACKAGES HE COULDNT BELIEVE IT, IT WASNT JUST MY PACKAGE THAT HAD BEEN OPEN IT WAS OTHER CUSTOMERS TO PACKAGES HAD BEEN OPEN BY UPS DRIVERS, SHAME SHAME ON UPS DRIVERS, AND ON THE PACKING SLIP ON MY PACKAGES YOU COULD SEE MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE FRONT OF THE PACKAGES AND EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT ON MY ADDRESS MY NAME PO BOX NUMBER CITY, STATE ZIP CODE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT, MR. ALEXANDER LOOKED AT THE TRACKING INFORMATION ONLINE WHEN WE WERE AT THE FACILITY AND HE SAW FOR HIMSELF THAT THE UPS DRIVERS PUT IN THE NOTES THAT AN APARTMENT NUMBER WAS NEEDED TO DELIVER MY PACKAGES AND EVEN MR. ALEXANDER SAID THE SAME THING HOW DO GET AN APARTMENT NUMBER WHEN YOUR DELIVERING TO A PO BOX....WE SAID EXACTLY....TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS THAT MY PACKAGES WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY, IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY FOR 4 DAYS EVERY TIME WE CHECK TRACKING INFORMATION...BY THIS TIME SO VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH TINA. G IT ALL MAKES SENSE TO WHY TINA.G WAS BEHAVING BADLY TOWARDS ME, LOOK AT THE UPS DRIVERS SAME SITUATION....THE CONVERSATION WAS GOING SO BAD WITH TINA. G I HAD TO HANG UP IN HER FACE...THE CONVERSATION WAS SO BAD THAT TINA. G WOULD WANT TO MAKE YOU WANT TO SPIT IN HER FACE BECAUSE OF THE NONSENSE SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT...AFTER AN HOUR WENT BY AFTER HANGING UP IN TINA.G FACE...SHE CALLS ME BACK TO APOLOGIZE TO SAY IM SORRY MRS. PHILLIPS YOU WERE RIGHT I DID HAVE THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER....I REPEATED THE TRACKING NUMBER TO HER SHE REPEATED THE TRACKING NUMBER BACK TO HER TINA. G MADE IT LOOK LIKE I WAS THE ONE LYING ABOUT EVERYTHING WHEN IT ALL COMES DOWN TO TINA. G HAD PUT IN A WRONG TRACKING NUMBER, I HUNG UP IN HER FACE AGAIN, AFTER SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD PUT IN THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER.....TINA. G REALLY MADE A VERY BAD DECISION TOTALLY MISCONDUCT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL REALLY GAVE UPS A BAD REPUTATION, RUDENESS, MISTRUST, UPNOTIOUS, NASTY DISPOSITION, AND ALL OF THE ABOVE, I HAD TO EXPERIENCE THIS WITH TINA G WHEN ALL THE TIME SHE HAD PUT IN THE WRONG TRACKING INFORMATION AND AT THE END RESULTS IM THE ONE WHO HAD TO PAY FOR THIS BAD BEHAVIOR OF TINA G. AFTER MAKING ME LOOK AT EVERYTHING WAS MY FAULT, IT TOOK TINA G ALMOST 2 HOURS TO FINALLY REALIZE THAT SHE HAD ENTERED THE WRONG TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN SHE CALLED ME BACK TO APOLOGIZE FOR MAKING THAT MISTAKE, APOLOGY UNEXCEPTED...TINA G DID NOT DESERVE MY SYMPATHY FOR HER MISTAKE...

I tried to go through better Business bureau to handle dispute I had with bbrents. Everything was automated I can never get ahold of a person, there was a lot of discrepancies in their story, even though I provided what documentation I could I could never talk to anybody to let them know what was going on. you finally put down that the dispute was resolved it has never been resolved not even close.

You kept me informed and up to date on every thing going in and for sure got it taken care of in a timely manner. It didn't take 7-10 days it took one day. If a company can pull your money out immediately then it should go in you account immediately. Thank you.

Was very pleased with the help of the BBB. It was solved quicker than if I would have just waited. They told me it would take 7-10 days to get a credit, when I contacted the BBB it was back in my account the next day. Thank you for all the help.

Had an issue with a package from Macy’s that took over a month to get but Tina the representative at BBB followed up immediately and the issue was resolved. I am blown away by the type of service that was given. She did an amazing job at resolving the problem and I had my package within days. Highly recommended.

My only regret is not contacting the BBB sooner. After days to 2 weeks of tireless, stressful, exhausting attempts at a resolution it wasn’t until I contacted the BBB I finally was approached by the company for a resolution. It is because of organizations like the BBB consumers rights are still being advocated for. Thank you so much!

If you are unable to get resolution from a company re: products and/or services, utilize the BBB. They work on your behalf to make sure you're being treated fairly. I had an issue with a dept store, but was unable to reach them by phone, email, etc. I contacted the BBB and they got the ball rolling immediately. Within one week my issue was resolved. I highly recommend the BBB!

Placing a complaint against Macy's with BBB was the only way to get someone from Macy's to give me a refund on merchandise that was never delivered. The process is simple and easy and BBB keeps you informed of every step. They're there for you until your complaint is solved to your satisfaction.

I would rate the BBB an F. My complaint against Kings Island was closed without contacting me via email or the phone. Kings Island refused to give me a refund even though they breached their contract with me by reducing hours, requiring me to complete a medical survey and to make me reserve a time to enter the park, required masks prior to a mask update, closed the water park and cancelled Winterfest and Haunt this year. The BBB did nothing to resolve my issue or get me a refund. The BBB has been a complete waste of time.

I was experiencing difficulties with Fifth Third Bank so much to the point that I had to refinance to get my mortgage out of their hands. Fifth Third started escrowing my account even though I never escrowed with them. When I refinanced they owed me the escrow money. If I didn’t write Tina at BBB then I feel I would of been still fighting for that money. The BBB, Tina immediately responded and got involved with Fifth Third. After Tina contacted Fifth Third I got an immediate response from the Bank and they settled my need. So if you’re experiencing a hard time with a company I highly recommend the BBB.
