Ms Piaga was very professional in helping me resolve my consumer complaint. When I had computer issues in opening some of the links, she was patient and provided needed assistance in getting the information I needed to finalize my response. With her help I received positive results in working with the property management company. She made a difficult process easy and less stressful.

Had a issue with a Gardening Company in Ohio trying to get a refund on a plant I purchased that arrived Dead. After trying to contact this company for 2 months to get a refund on this purchase I decided to try the Cincinnati BBB. Great decision on my part because within 3 days of contacting them I received my full refund. Outstanding service and quick to respond. Very impressed!!!!

The BBB was very instrumental in getting my issue with a company that manages our HOA fees. The company had posted our fees to the wrong account then billed us for not paying. Numerous attempts to reach the company went ignored until the BBB got involved. As a result of their actions and follow up the company corrected their mistake and sent a letter of apology.I appreciate the help from the BBB and I would trust them again to provide assistance in resolving any future complaints.

BBB of Cincinnati really took care of me when I was having an issue with an order during the COVID-19 crisis. After many failed attempts with the business and some run around with my credit card company I decided to reach out to BBB, and they really handled things very quickly. This is a 100 percent accurate review from a 100 percent accurate customer. BBB took care of my issue in a very prompt matter. Thank you all so much.

I couldn’t get a response from a company, they had stopped all customer service and I had never received an item I paid for. Within 24hrs of posting to BBB the company responded and initiated a refund. Unfortunately necessary sometimes and this company at least seemed very concerned with BBB complaints!

When a retail business failed to deliver a product and billed me and then proceeded to block access to any form of customer service recourse, I contacted BBB. Within a few hours I received communication from BBB and almost simultaneously from the retail business pledging to rectify the situation. Within a few days, I received the product as requested as well as an apology from the business. I have never experienced a quicker response or a quicker route through bureaucracy exacerbated by a global pandemic.

I could not get anywhere in regard to a return to Macy’s. I made about five calls. I could not get results so I filed complaint with BBB and immediately received email from Macy’s and shortly thereafter I got my refund. They really helped me.

My experience with BBB was very satisfactory. After contacting them about my issue with a department store, their initial action and follow-through was prompt. Because of their intercession, I received a fair settlement within two weeks of my first BBB request for help.

Although I realize the BBB can only rate businesses and "TRY" to resolve disputed, I find it a waste of time reporting a problem as they really "have no teeth". The only good they provide is alerting others if problems are encountered. Our experience here was BLAH, meaning the business we reported replied but that was the end of it. Nothing further but a promise to resolve happened and when we reported it was still unresolvedl, all we got was a form letter.

I tried to get my $ back from Trustvolt but once i returned their product via UPS they would not respond to my emails. I filed a report with BBB and they contacted Trustvolt and I finally received the refund I was entitled to. Thank you BBB.

By contacting the BBB I no longer felt like the little guy when trying to resolve an issue with a big company(UniRush). I got timely responses from business and was able to resolve my issue within 12 days. Because of the BBB my account was unfrozen witch gave me access to over 1,400 that i didn't have to pay my bills current. Thank you again Tina Geers at the BBB for giving me hope in good honest people out here helping the little guy.

My experience was not great! I reached out to BBB who closed my case without addressing my concerns. I never received a follow up call or email regarding my issue. I won’t patronize the facility anymore and I certainly won’t follow up with the BBB. No accountability and poor customer service.

Yes Tammy, you failed to help us with the situation, when My wife parents both passed at the same time, we really could have used the 500 dollars to help with funeral arrangements, we had to have them cremated the venue that would not return the money was unbelievable. Not to mention you being very happy with all of it. Thank you If something happens to your parents and you don't have enough money to have two funerals think of that.I guess the venue needed the money more then we did.

I suppose she did what she could...all but return my phone call and allow additional time for me to get permission from my witnesses before providing her their names. You can’t fix Tire Discounter’s lack of integrity and collusion. I have additional witnesses to the evening and will now likely have to litigate had she not dismissed my claim as being my word against theirs.

Recently I submitted to BBB about Tire Discounters not issuing my refund for services I paid for to have a slow leaking tire repaired and it did not get repaired. With the help of BBB I received my refund and will never return to that business, Tire Discounters, again. If I did not involve BBB, the business would never have given me my money back and the rudeness of their employees and management I dealt with would be an ongoing thing to this day. If you ever feel you need the help of BBB by all means do it. They are easy to speak with and online access is simple to understand and fill out.
