Melvin and Jeff, What a great team! They were both very polite and clean! Took extra care to make sure floors were covered and everything was cleaned up better than before they arrived. The guys Joe Y and Darren who came to my home was very professional. These two guys was able to get the job done. I had a company come out to put insulation into my walls and ended up in my air ducts. I had another duct cleaning company come out to try to remove the insulation but was unable to do so. Today Barry and Roy cleaned the air ducts on two of our home furnaces. They were on time, professional, affable and competent. Tarps were set down to protect flooring with all work being cleaned up before vacating the home. They completed the job in the time scheduled. Additionally, I asked and was advised of the name of a company that does duct balancing. Subsequent met and engaged these duct balancers. I would highly recommend Amistee starting with Andrea in their office who handled several on my introductory call before engaging them. She was polite and very knowledgeable. Very professional from start to finish! Office called me alerting me they are 20 minutes away, which I appreciated to allow time to put my dog away. Barry & Roy were very kind, professional and took pride in their work, their attentiveness was much appreciated after what I had recently been through with other contractors! Based on other reviews on Yelp, I decided to go with Amistee versus many of the other companies which sends Coupons in the mail.
I had an excellent experience, starting with the person who answered the phone and booked the appointment.
I had a 11 AM to 1 PM time window I was told they would arrive when I booked the appointment. Not a 4 hour or 6 hour window like other companies.
The also had great follow-up skills by following up both the day before the appointment, as well as calling 20 minutes before the team was going to arrive.
As it turned out, they arrived right on time at 11 AM. Even though the roads had terrible icing and there was a 30 car pile-up only 5 minutes from my house.
I was actually surprised that they were even going to keep the appointment, because of the terrible weather and icy roads.
Devoinn and Lance were the technicians who came to our house. Devoinn was very friendly and took the time to explain what they were going to do to both my wife, and myself.
They did a great job!
They were very careful not to track mud through our house. They wear bags over their shoes that they can slip on and off when they go in and out of the house.
i wish all companies would consider getting those for their employees. Great way to keep the house clean.
They took their time and were very thorough cleaning our vents. They were efficient and fast, but not sloppy. Just the right pace.
