We were very pleased and extremely satisfied with our experience using Amistee to clean our air ducts. Even scheduling was easy. They had appointments available that met our needs. Jackie and Mike, the two workers were very professional and thorough. They explained everything that they were going to do beforehand. They arrived right on time and finished the whole job in about 2 hours. Due to the soon arrival of our first child we decided to have them also sanitize our vents. I highly recommend Amistee for cleaning your air ducts. Jackie and Mike were the two technicians that performed the service at my home. I received a call 30 minutes in advance of their arrival. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great care was taken inside of my home. The tech wore cloth slippers on their shoes, put down tarps and vacuumed after the job was completed. The techs thoroughly cleaned the air handler, registers, grilles, fans, motors, housings, and coils of the HVAC system. All access holes were plugged and I was given photos of my ducts. Great Job! This is my 3rd experience with Amistee in 11 years. They are very professional, they contacted me when they were on their way to my home, they arrived on time, they identified themselves, and went straight to work. Their service made a dramatic difference in the air quality in our home (before and after pictures were amazing). They even cleaned our electronic air cleaner and offered to put in our new filters. Barry and Alex were professional and friendly. Service was prompt. Barry and Alex were sure to protect my walls and floors from the equipment and their shoes. The vacuum system was powerful; I could hear debris being pulled from the ducts. The before and after pictures were remarkable! Barry reviewed some things he discovered while cleaning that I would need to address later, such as the bees in my furnace. I had Josh and Jeff out to clean my furnace and air vents. They did an excellent job with the cleaning. They had to go down into the crawl space to access some of the vents, and did so with zero complaining. That is almost unheard of! Very professional, very clean and respectful to my home, floors and walls. I will positively use Amistee again the next time I need to have this service. Jake & Mike were early for their 8 AM appointment. They introduced themselves and began setup quickly and efficiently. We are currently renting a home that is maybe 20 years in age - and we don't think it has ever had air ducts cleaned. Jake and Mike checked all the vent covers (some had been installed upside down) and they were nice enough to allow us to photograph them at work. Our landlord is a first time home owner and we wanted to provide some photos to share with both he and his wife. They will be moving into this home next summer. Jake & Mike also cleaned the dryer vent - and cleaned up the flower beds after removing a bird nest and lots of lint. We will happily use Amistee for other cleaning jobs - if needed.
