Joe & Jacob arrived on time, did an extremely thorough job, and left a clean job behind them. We were comfortable having them in the house and it was a good experience all around. Joe Y did an amazing job. The air in my condo is much fresher and surprise, no dust on my furniture anymore. Joe was very thorough and even rinsed off my main air duct with a hose. It was filthy. He wore protective covering on his shoes to keep my carpet clean and thoroughly cleaned all the air ducts in my home and showed me before and after pictures of the furnace. Jackie and Doug performed admirably in cleaning our insulated ducts. The results were clearly displayed in the camera photos before and after the pressurized actions. The task was complicated due to restricted access to the heating and return ducts. They were courteous, professional in all their actions undertaken to insure the ducts were cleaned successfully. I had my air ducts cleaned by Rob and Melvin recently and very satisfied with the work done. They were polite and patient in answering my questions not only before starting but as they were performing their work. They took pride in their work and very through. They explained why access holes were necessary and how they cleaned both the inlet and outlet air systems. I was shown the how duct whips would get into all the crevices and loosen the accumulations of dust and dirt. They also returned a large tape measure that I didn't know I had dropped in the duct, (probably when I was laying carpet) years ago. I'm 73 years old and have dealt with many contractors in those years, but have never been treated so well and been so satisfied with the complete job. I have had many 'companies' perform work in my home thru the years, the Amistee team by far was the best. They were courteous, considerate of our house by using covers and cushions between their equipment and furniture, and most of all they did an excellent job. I never gave much credence to 'photoing' the ductwork interior until I compared the before and after photos, what a great idea!
