I must admit I was just a little apprehensive when I saw two young men come to the door. I thought at least one should be older to have a large knowledge base. My apprehension was quickly replaced with assurance. Tyler and Alex went right to work with a respectful, courteous and professional mannerism. Tyler displayed confidence in his knowledge and even though he came up against something he ha not experienced before he was able to complete the task to the fullest. Tyler took control of the task at hand, instructing/guiding his co-worker Alex in a kind, professional manner, I could tell both were comfortable working side by side, each in their own role. The after job clean up was excellent. I didn't have to do anything!!. I might also add, Tyler also supplied education related to future service and safety measures. I was especially appreciative of and impressed by the care they took to protect my home from any damage. They put down drop cloths, wore booties, and padded the woodwork and corners so that their equipment would not mar walls and floors. Both Rob and Brad were extremely courteous. I called & spoke to Heather to schedule a cleaning for the next day, she was very helpful on the phone. Josh called to let me know they were stuck in traffic & arrived when he said they would. When I spoke to Heather to set up a cleaning for the "Next Day" she was more than Helpful! Josh called telling me he was stuck in traffic & arrived when he said he would.
